昆明跨線橋步履頂推施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:多點同步步履頂推施工是近幾年發(fā)展的新技術(shù),該方法采用了一種步履頂推裝置,其功能集頂升、平移、橫向糾偏于一體。頂推過程中,頂推裝置放置在臨時墩上,相互獨立支承主梁,不再像傳統(tǒng)拖拉頂推那樣支承點相互作用影響。另外,在裝置內(nèi)部設(shè)滑動面,滑動面不再在主梁底部,可有效保證頂推裝置與主體結(jié)構(gòu)的接觸,改善主體結(jié)構(gòu)受力,,對主體結(jié)構(gòu)幾乎零損傷。該方法通過各頂推裝置上的臨時墊塊,易保證梁的預拱度曲線。目前,國內(nèi)外對該項新技術(shù)研究較少,有必要對鋼橋在頂推過程中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行研究。 文中以昆明市南昆鐵路跨線橋的鋼槽梁頂推施工作為工程背景,對步履頂推過程中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),進行了如下研究: (1)對步履式頂推的施工原理、頂推裝置和頂推施工工藝過程進行了詳細研究,針對南昆鐵路跨線橋鋼槽梁頂推研究出了詳細、可行的施工方案。 (2)運用有限元分析軟件Ansys,建立全橋桿系有限元模型,對南昆鐵路跨線橋鋼槽梁頂推施工過程中整體結(jié)構(gòu)受力進行了分析計算,并研究出相對合理的結(jié)構(gòu)。 (3)建立鋼槽梁局部實體有限元模型,對鋼槽梁在頂推裝置處的局部受力狀態(tài)進行詳細分析,探究了橡膠墊塊彈性模量和角隅加勁肋對鋼槽梁局部受力性能的改善作用。利用桿系有限元模型整體分析的結(jié)果,對施工中最不利工況下的頂推裝置鋼結(jié)構(gòu)進行接觸受力分析,研究出合理的局部受力結(jié)構(gòu)。 (4)對步履頂推裝置的最大頂升力、水平頂推的同步性能和豎向頂推的同步性能等方面進行了試驗研究,為后續(xù)工程施工建立堅實的基礎(chǔ)。 (5)研究了南昆鐵路跨線橋在頂推施工監(jiān)控中的主要內(nèi)容,并詳細計算了鋼槽梁頂推過程中墩頂標高的調(diào)整。工程施工過程中,證明了標高調(diào)整方法的正確性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, a new technique has been developed in the construction of multi-point synchronous stepping and pushing. This method adopts a kind of stepping and pushing device, which has the functions of lifting, translation and lateral rectifying in one body. In the process of pushing, the thrust device is placed on the temporary pier and supports the main beam independently. In addition, the sliding surface is no longer at the bottom of the main beam, which can effectively ensure the contact between the thrust device and the main structure, improve the force of the main structure, and almost zero damage to the main structure. This method is easy to guarantee the curve of beam camber by the temporary cushion on each pushing device. At present, there are few researches on this new technology at home and abroad, so it is necessary to study the key technology of steel bridge in the process of pushing. The key technologies in the process of stepping and pushing are studied as follows: (1) the construction principle, the pushing device and the construction process of the walking pushing are studied in detail, and the detailed research on the steel groove beam pushing of the railway span bridge of the Nan-Kun Railway is given. By using finite element analysis software Ansys, the finite element model of the whole bridge bar system is established, and the stress on the whole structure during the construction process of the steel slot beam of the railway span bridge in Nankun Railway is analyzed and calculated. The local solid finite element model of steel slot beam is established, and the local stress state of steel slot beam at the pushing device is analyzed in detail. The effect of elastic modulus of rubber cushion and corner stiffener on the local mechanical properties of steel grooved beam was investigated. Based on the results of the integral analysis of the finite element model of the bar system, the contact force of the steel structure of the thrust device under the most unfavorable working conditions in construction is analyzed, and the reasonable local force structure is studied. In this paper, the synchronous performance of horizontal push and vertical thrust are tested and studied to establish a solid foundation for the construction of subsequent projects. (5) the main contents of the supervision and control of the superbridge in the construction of the Nan-Kun Railway are studied. The adjustment of the height of the top of the pier during the pushing process of the steel slot beam is calculated in detail. In the course of engineering construction, the correctness of elevation adjustment method is proved.
