廢食用植物油對老化瀝青物理化學(xué)及流變性能的影響

【摘要】:瀝青混凝土路面以其優(yōu)良的路用性能已被廣泛應(yīng)用于公路建設(shè)。隨著公路網(wǎng)的日趨完善,公路維修與重建已占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位,其中廢舊瀝青混合料的再生利用日益受到重視。瀝青因老化而變硬變脆,,導(dǎo)致瀝青柔韌性和抗疲勞的性能等性能變差。瀝青再生可以看作是瀝青老化的逆過程,根據(jù)組分調(diào)節(jié)理論,廢食用油可以作為一種低粘度油分用于老化瀝青再生,并已有文獻報道了其可行性,但尚未指出其存在的不足及其對基質(zhì)瀝青和改性瀝青影響的差異。 本文采用旋轉(zhuǎn)薄膜烘箱加熱和壓力老化實驗分別對SBS改性瀝青、AH-50、AH-70三種瀝青進行了老化,以獲取不同種類的老化瀝青,在老化瀝青中摻加3.0%~7.0%的廢食用植物油,以研究廢食用植物油對不同老化瀝青的物理性能,流變性能和組成結(jié)構(gòu)的影響規(guī)律,主要得到以下結(jié)論: (1)在4.0%,5.0%,6.0%的廢食用植物油摻量下,AH-50、AH-70和SBS三種老化瀝青的各個物理指標和流變性能指標基本都能夠恢復(fù)到其對應(yīng)的原樣瀝青水平。同時,廢食用油植物油主要是通過降低老化瀝青中瀝青質(zhì)的含量及羰基官能團和亞砜基官能團的強度,實現(xiàn)對老化瀝青的再生。 (2)廢食用植物油的摻入能夠有效地軟化老化瀝青,并且增加再生瀝青的抗疲勞性能;適宜摻量的廢食用植物油可改善老化瀝青的抗老化性能、溫度敏感性、粘彈性和抗車轍能力;然而,摻加廢食用植物油的再生瀝青的熱穩(wěn)定性、低溫柔韌性和彈性有待進一步改善。 (3)廢食用植物油對不同類型的老化瀝青的作用效果存在差異,這與瀝青本身的組成和結(jié)構(gòu)有關(guān)。例如,以各物理指標指標恢復(fù)到原樣瀝青的水平為參考,廢食用植物油對同一老化瀝青的不同物理性能指標和不同老化瀝青的同一個物理性能指標的改善效果不同。 綜上所述,將廢食用油用于廢舊瀝青和廢舊瀝青混合料的再生,對于廢棄物的利用、資源與能源的節(jié)約、生態(tài)環(huán)境保護和社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。廢食用油用于老化瀝青再生前景廣闊,但再生瀝青的性能有待進一步改善。
[Abstract]:Asphalt concrete pavement has been widely used in highway construction for its excellent road performance. With the improvement of highway network, highway maintenance and reconstruction have played a leading role, among which the recycling of waste asphalt mixture has been paid more and more attention. Asphalt is hardened and brittle due to aging, which results in the deterioration of its flexibility and fatigue resistance. Asphalt regeneration can be regarded as an inverse process of asphalt aging. According to the theory of component adjustment, waste cooking oil can be used as a low viscosity oil to regenerate aged asphalt, and its feasibility has been reported. However, it has not been pointed out its deficiency and the difference of its influence on the base asphalt and the modified asphalt. In this paper, three kinds of SBS modified asphalt, AH-50 and AH-70, were aged by rotating film oven heating and pressure-aging experiments respectively, in order to obtain different kinds of aging asphalt, 3.0% of waste edible vegetable oil was added to the aging asphalt. In order to study the effects of waste edible vegetable oil on the physical properties, rheological properties and composition structure of different aging asphalt, the following conclusions are obtained: 1) each physical index and rheological property index of AH-50 AH-70 and SBS aging asphalt can basically recover to the corresponding original asphalt level under the dosage of 5.0% waste vegetable oil of 4.0% and 5.0% of waste edible vegetable oil. At the same time, the regeneration of aged asphalt was realized by reducing the content of asphaltene and the strength of carbonyl functional group and sulfoxide functional group in the waste edible oil vegetable oil. 2) the addition of waste edible vegetable oil can effectively soften the aging asphalt and increase the fatigue resistance of the recycled asphalt, and the suitable amount of waste edible vegetable oil can improve the aging resistance and temperature sensitivity of the aging asphalt. Viscoelasticity and rutting resistance, however, the thermal stability, low temperature flexibility and elasticity of recycled asphalt with waste edible vegetable oil need to be further improved. 3) the effect of waste edible vegetable oil on different types of aging asphalt is different, which is related to the composition and structure of asphalt itself. For example, different physical properties of the same aging asphalt and the same physical properties of the different aging asphalt are improved by waste edible vegetable oil as the reference of restoring each physical index to the original bitumen, and the improvement effect of the waste edible vegetable oil on the same aging asphalt and the same physical performance index of the different aging asphalt is different. To sum up, the application of waste cooking oil to the recycling of waste asphalt and waste asphalt mixture has important practical significance for the utilization of waste, the conservation of resources and energy, the protection of ecological environment and the sustainable development of society. Waste cooking oil is widely used in the regeneration of aged asphalt, but the performance of recycled asphalt needs to be further improved.
