橡膠粉水泥砂漿作為水泥混凝土路面板底脫空灌漿材料的研究

【摘要】:利用廢舊橡膠制成的橡膠粉粒摻入到混凝土和砂漿制成橡膠混凝土和橡膠粉砂漿已成為科研學(xué)者們研究的熱點(diǎn),且具有重要意義。本研究不僅利用了廢舊橡膠,而且開發(fā)出干縮性能和抗凍性能較好的用于水泥混凝土路面板底脫空的灌漿材料。 文章的研究基于已往橡膠混凝土和橡膠砂漿研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的。首先,利用正交設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn),研究普通砂漿各組分對砂漿的強(qiáng)度、流動性和干縮性能的影響,研究表明:試驗(yàn)指標(biāo)不同,各組分對試驗(yàn)指標(biāo)影響程度大小的先后順序、試驗(yàn)指標(biāo)最優(yōu)時的最優(yōu)因素水平組合不同;其次,,利用以橡膠粉摻量、目數(shù)為因素的全面試驗(yàn)對橡膠粉砂漿的凝結(jié)時間、流動性、強(qiáng)度、干縮和抗凍性能等物理力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,并對對其機(jī)理進(jìn)行初步分析,研究表明:橡膠粉作為細(xì)集料摻入到砂漿中,改變新拌漿體和硬化漿體的一些性質(zhì)。向普通砂漿中摻入橡膠粉后,砂漿的凝結(jié)時間變長,強(qiáng)度降低,流動性變差但保水性變好,干縮減小,抗凍性變好;橡膠粉目數(shù)變大,即粒徑變小后,砂漿的凝結(jié)時間變得更長,強(qiáng)度降低也較多,新拌漿體粘稠、保水性能提高,干縮減小,抗凍性提高;最后,以流動度、分層度、12小時抗壓強(qiáng)度和14天水中干縮率為試驗(yàn)指標(biāo),利用三因素兩水平的正交表安排試驗(yàn),以板底脫空對灌漿材料的要求為準(zhǔn)則,研究摻入橡膠粉的板底脫空水泥基灌漿材料的試驗(yàn)最優(yōu)配比。試驗(yàn)最優(yōu)配比為水泥∶砂∶橡膠粉∶早強(qiáng)減水劑∶膨脹劑∶水=1∶0.32∶0.015(60目)∶0.01∶0.12∶0.45,且對灌漿材料的基本性能測試結(jié)果滿足規(guī)范對板底脫空灌漿材料的要求。
[Abstract]:Rubber powder made from waste rubber has become a hot spot of scientific research and is of great significance to concrete and mortar to make rubber concrete and rubber mortar. This study not only used waste rubber, In addition, a grouting material with good dry-shrinkage and anti-freezing properties is developed. The research in this paper is based on the previous research results of rubber concrete and rubber mortar. Firstly, the effects of the components of ordinary mortar on the strength, fluidity and dry-shrinkage properties of mortar were studied by orthogonal design test. The results showed that the order of influence degree of each component on the test index was different. Secondly, the setting time, fluidity and strength of rubber mortar were tested by the comprehensive test with rubber powder content and mesh number as the factors. The physical and mechanical properties, such as dry shrinkage and freezing resistance, were experimentally studied, and its mechanism was preliminarily analyzed. The results showed that rubber powder was added into mortar as fine aggregate to change some properties of fresh mortar and hardened mortar. When rubber powder is added to the mortar, the setting time of mortar becomes longer, the strength decreases, the fluidity becomes poor, but the water retention property becomes better, the drying shrinkage decreases, the frost resistance becomes better, and the rubber powder number becomes larger, that is, when the particle size becomes smaller, The setting time of mortar becomes longer, the strength decreases more, the fresh mortar is viscous, the water retention property is improved, the dry shrinkage is reduced, and the frost resistance is improved. Finally, the flow degree, stratification degree and 12 hours compressive strength and the dry shrinkage rate in 14 days water are taken as the test index. Based on the test of orthogonal table with three factors and two levels, the optimum ratio of cement based grouting material mixed with rubber powder was studied according to the requirement of grouting material. The optimum ratio of the test is cement: sand: rubber powder: early strength water reducer: expander: water 1: 0.32: 0.01560 mesh: 1: 0.01: 0.12: 0.45, and the basic properties of grouting material meet the requirements of the specification for slab bottom void grouting material.
