功能型超微表處路面養(yǎng)護(hù)材料設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:路面在長(zhǎng)期使用過程中,受到車輪荷載以及自然環(huán)境因素的反復(fù)作用,極易出現(xiàn)路面磨光、表面微裂紋等路面病害問題;若不能對(duì)其進(jìn)行及時(shí)有效的處理,將會(huì)導(dǎo)致路面抗滑能力下降,路表水滲入路面內(nèi)部,造成更嚴(yán)重的路面損壞。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外處理此類問題的主要方法是進(jìn)行路面的預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù),其中微表處、霧封層、稀漿封層等一些表面處置技術(shù)最為常見。傳統(tǒng)的微表處路面車輛行駛噪音大,路面服務(wù)質(zhì)量較差;霧封層路面存在一定的抗滑性問題,路面耐久性不良;稀漿封層路面施工工藝復(fù)雜,對(duì)于高等級(jí)路面表面功能的修復(fù)效果不佳。 為了有效解決路面的早期病害問題,快速恢復(fù)路面原有表面功能,本文在傳統(tǒng)的路面預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,,開展了功能型超微表處路面養(yǎng)護(hù)材料的設(shè)計(jì)研究。課題基于乳液懸浮體系成膜理論,研究乳化瀝青基體與固體填料、高分子聚合物、功能型填料等材料的配伍性,設(shè)計(jì)制備一種多功能的瀝青乳液結(jié)合料,通過涂覆工藝在路表形成一種超。0.5-1mm)的養(yǎng)護(hù)功能層,用以填補(bǔ)路表微裂紋,達(dá)到路面防水、抗滑、融雪、降噪等使用目的。 研究采用多類型乳化劑復(fù)配的方法,首先制備出適合填料懸浮的高效乳化瀝青基體;通過單因素控制變量法,對(duì)功能型超微表處材料進(jìn)行配合比設(shè)計(jì),確定出各類添加劑的最佳摻量及配比;再結(jié)合室外試驗(yàn)測(cè)試以及實(shí)體工程應(yīng)用,研究超微表處材料的路用性能以及功能改善措施;最后與常規(guī)路面早期養(yǎng)護(hù)方案進(jìn)行效益對(duì)比分析,明確課題研究的工程實(shí)用價(jià)值。 研究結(jié)果表明:功能型超微表處材料用于路面早期養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí),可以有效恢復(fù)路面表面功能,提高路面服務(wù)質(zhì)量的同時(shí)延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。超微表處材料施工工藝簡(jiǎn)單、環(huán)保,節(jié)省養(yǎng)護(hù)費(fèi)用,具備良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)保和社會(huì)效益;對(duì)于瀝青路面、水泥混凝土路面表面功能恢復(fù)均有較好的改善效果,適用于高速公路、城市道路、隧道公路以及橋面鋪裝等交通場(chǎng)所的路面預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù),有著十分廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:During the long-term use of the pavement, the road surface is prone to surface polishing and surface micro-cracks, which are frequently affected by wheel loads and natural environment factors, if it cannot be dealt with in a timely and effective manner, This will result in a decrease in the ability of the pavement to resist sliding and the surface water will seep into the interior of the pavement, causing more serious damage to the pavement. At present, the main methods to deal with this kind of problems at home and abroad are the preventive maintenance of pavement, among which some surface disposal techniques such as micro-surface, fog seal and slurry seal are the most common. The traditional micro-surfacing pavement has a lot of noise and poor service quality; the fog seal pavement has some problems of anti-skid resistance and poor durability; the construction technology of slurry seal pavement is complex. In order to effectively solve the problem of early disease of pavement and restore the original surface function of pavement quickly, this paper is based on the traditional preventive maintenance technology of pavement. The design and research of pavement maintenance materials at functional ultrasurface are carried out. Based on the film forming theory of emulsion suspension system, the compatibility of emulsified asphalt matrix with solid filler, polymer and functional filler was studied, and a multi-function asphalt emulsion binder was designed and prepared. In order to fill the micro-crack of road surface and achieve the purpose of waterproofing, anti-skid, snow-melting and noise reduction, the method of multi-type emulsifier compound is studied, and the maintenance function layer is formed on the surface of the road by coating process (0.5-1mm), which is used to fill the micro-crack of the road surface. Firstly, the high efficient emulsified asphalt matrix suitable for filler suspension was prepared, and the optimum dosage and proportion of various additives were determined by single factor control variable method. Combined with outdoor test and solid engineering application, the road performance and function improvement measures of the ultrafine surface materials are studied. Finally, the benefits are compared and analyzed with the early maintenance scheme of conventional pavement. The results show that the functional ultrafine surface material can effectively restore the surface function of pavement and prolong the service life while improving the service quality of pavement when it is used in the early maintenance of pavement. Ultrafine surface material construction technology is simple, environmental protection, save maintenance costs, with good economic, environmental and social benefits; for asphalt pavement, cement concrete pavement surface function recovery has a better effect, suitable for highway, The preventive maintenance of urban road, tunnel highway and bridge deck pavement has a broad application prospect.
