靈山高速公路隧道斜、豎井利用及自然通風(fēng)研究

【摘要】:隨著長(zhǎng)大公路隧道的大量修建,斜、豎井在隧道中的作用越來(lái)越重要。一方面可以在施工期間增加作業(yè)面,加快施工進(jìn)度,另一方面還可以在運(yùn)營(yíng)期間作為通風(fēng)、逃生通道。但目前涉及斜、豎井綜合利用的研究甚少。 本文以靈山高速公路建設(shè)為依托,在歸納已有斜、豎井功用基礎(chǔ)上,采用層次分析法來(lái)對(duì)斜、豎井的綜合效益進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)研究,并根據(jù)靈山高速公路沿線隧道及斜、豎井設(shè)置情況,評(píng)價(jià)了其合理性。 在長(zhǎng)大公路隧道的運(yùn)營(yíng)期間,常常需要采用某種機(jī)械方式不斷地將新鮮空氣送入隧道內(nèi)。但對(duì)于交通量不大或隧道進(jìn)出口的超靜壓差或熱位差很大的長(zhǎng)大隧道,如何將自然通風(fēng)和機(jī)械通風(fēng)相結(jié)合以滿足隧道通風(fēng)的設(shè)計(jì)要求,研究甚少。本文討論了自然通風(fēng)的適用條件,以及設(shè)置自然通風(fēng)井應(yīng)該注意的制約條件,,結(jié)合靈山高速公路的建設(shè),在三個(gè)隧道中設(shè)置了8個(gè)自然通風(fēng)小豎井,通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)評(píng)價(jià)了其對(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)通風(fēng)的效果。并以搶風(fēng)嶺公路隧道為重點(diǎn),研究了利用自然風(fēng)實(shí)現(xiàn)通風(fēng)節(jié)能的措施。
[Abstract]:With the construction of large-length highway tunnel, inclined shaft plays an increasingly important role in the tunnel. On the one hand, it can increase the working surface during construction, accelerate the construction progress, on the other hand, it can be used as ventilation and escape way during operation. However, there are few researches on the comprehensive utilization of inclined and vertical wells. Based on the construction of Lingshan Expressway, on the basis of summing up the functions of inclined shaft and shaft, this paper adopts the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of inclined shaft and shaft, and according to the tunnel and slope along Lingshan Expressway, The setting of shaft is evaluated and its rationality is evaluated. During the operation of long-road tunnels, it is often necessary to carry fresh air into the tunnel in some mechanical way. However, there is little research on how to combine natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation to meet the design requirements of tunnel ventilation for long tunnels with little traffic volume or great difference of excess static pressure or heat potential between the inlet and outlet of tunnels. This paper discusses the applicable conditions of natural ventilation and the restriction conditions that should be paid attention to in setting up natural ventilation wells. In combination with the construction of Lingshan Expressway, 8 small natural ventilation shafts are set up in three tunnels. The effect of operation ventilation was evaluated by field test. Taking the highway tunnel of Qianfengling as the emphasis, the measures to realize ventilation and energy saving by using natural wind are studied.
