基于旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實方法進行乳化瀝青冷再生配合比設(shè)計方法的研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)過上世紀(jì)90年代公路建設(shè)高峰期后,目前,我國的高速公路進入大中修時期,每年都有12%的瀝青路面需要重新翻鋪和維修,由此產(chǎn)生大量的廢舊材料,廢舊路面材料的再生利用是要解決的重要問題。乳化瀝青再生技術(shù)可節(jié)約資源,降低工程造價,保護自然資源,遵循我國目前節(jié)能減排的發(fā)展理念,使有限的資金創(chuàng)造更好經(jīng)濟效益。本文針對乳化瀝青冷再生混合料現(xiàn)行規(guī)范馬歇爾設(shè)計方法存在的混合料成型、性能與現(xiàn)場不符等問題,通過室內(nèi)外實驗研究,提出基于旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實的混合料設(shè)計方法,并對混合料性能進行驗證,提高再生混合料設(shè)計水平,為混合料應(yīng)用提供技術(shù)支持。 基于旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實的乳化瀝青冷再生混合料室內(nèi)配合比設(shè)計方法研究。本文結(jié)合青島膠州灣再生項目,在室內(nèi)采用旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實方法進行乳化瀝青配合比設(shè)計。根據(jù)銑刨料抽提前后級配及回收瀝青的評價分析,確定出合成級配。根據(jù)最大干密度相近的原則,找出與重型擊實試驗對應(yīng)的旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實功,再變換不同含水量找出此壓實功下最佳含水量。同樣求出與馬歇爾擊實75次對應(yīng)的壓實功,在不同乳化瀝青用量下旋轉(zhuǎn)成型試件,根據(jù)試件干濕劈裂強度與實際施工所需確定乳化瀝青用量,得出乳化瀝青再生混合料的目標(biāo)配合比。根據(jù)確定的目標(biāo)配合比室內(nèi)成型試件,將試件分別裝袋和不裝袋養(yǎng)生,找出室內(nèi)試驗和現(xiàn)場施工時最佳養(yǎng)生時間。 基于旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實的乳化瀝青冷再生混合料性能研究。根據(jù)確定的目標(biāo)配合比,在室內(nèi)旋轉(zhuǎn)成型試件,檢測其初期松散性能,變化不同的水泥用量成型50mm厚的車轍板以檢測其高溫、低溫性能,變換不同旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實次數(shù)檢驗及分析再生混合料的抗剪能力和水穩(wěn)定性。 乳化瀝青冷再生混合料現(xiàn)場性能驗證研究。結(jié)合青島膠州灣試驗路現(xiàn)場施工,對施工前準(zhǔn)備、現(xiàn)場施工工藝、養(yǎng)生后期取芯做了詳細(xì)闡述,并檢測分析現(xiàn)場取芯試件性能,驗證旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實成型的可靠性,結(jié)果表明乳化瀝青冷再生具有很好的路用性能,并有較高的社會,環(huán)境效益。
[Abstract]:After the peak period of highway construction in the 1990s, at present, the highway in our country has entered the period of major and medium repair. Every year, 12% of the asphalt pavement needs to be overlaid and repaired, resulting in a large number of waste materials. Recycling of waste pavement materials is an important problem to be solved. Emulsified asphalt regeneration technology can save resources, reduce project cost, protect natural resources, follow the development concept of energy saving and emission reduction in our country, and make limited funds create better economic benefits. In this paper, aiming at the problems existing in Marshall design method of cold recycled emulsified asphalt mixture, such as the mixture forming, the performance is not in accordance with the field, the mixture design method based on rotary compaction is put forward through indoor and outdoor experiments. The performance of the mixture is verified to improve the design level of recycled mixture and to provide technical support for the application of mixture. Research on Indoor mixture Design method of emulsified Asphalt Cold Recycling mixture based on Rotary Compaction. In this paper, combined with Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Regeneration Project, a rotating compaction method is used to design emulsified asphalt mixture ratio. The synthetic gradation was determined according to the evaluation and analysis of the gradation before and after extraction of milling planer and the recovery of asphalt. According to the principle that the maximum dry density is close, the rotation compaction work corresponding to heavy compaction test is found, and the optimum water content under this compaction work is obtained by changing different water content. At the same time, the compaction work corresponding to 75 times of Marshall compaction is obtained, and the amount of emulsified asphalt is determined according to the dry and wet splitting strength of the specimen under different emulsified asphalt content. The target mixture ratio of emulsified asphalt recycled mixture is obtained. According to the determined target mix ratio, the samples were bagging and not bagging respectively, and the optimum health time of indoor test and field construction was found out. Research on performance of emulsified Asphalt Cold Recycling mixture based on Rotary Compaction. According to the target mix ratio, rotating the specimen in the room, testing its initial loose performance, forming 50mm thick rutting board with different cement content to detect its high temperature and low temperature performance. Test and analyze the shear resistance and water stability of recycled mixture with different rotational compaction times. Field performance Verification of emulsified Asphalt Cold Recycling mixture. Combined with site construction of Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay test road, the preparation before construction, site construction technology, and later stage of health coring are described in detail, and the performance of field coring specimen is tested and analyzed to verify the reliability of rotary compaction molding. The results show that cold regeneration of emulsified asphalt has good road performance, and has high social and environmental benefits.
