【摘要】：輪跡路是指在路基寬度范圍內(nèi),只在行車荷載高頻作用的輪跡帶上鋪筑一定厚度和寬度的路面材料所形成的道路。是一種適用于輕交通的道路結(jié)構(gòu)形式,其特點是硬化面積小、環(huán)境破壞少、耐久性好、維護養(yǎng)護便捷、投資少。在國外,輪跡道路早有應(yīng)用,但其仍無專門的設(shè)計理論與方法。為使研究更符合輪跡道路的實際工作情況,本文選擇內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)巴彥淖爾市蠻會地區(qū)的通村道路作為研究對象,對該道路進行長期的交通情況調(diào)查,掌握了大量輕交通地區(qū)的交通基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)及情況,并運用所掌握的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)合《公路水泥混凝土路面設(shè)計規(guī)范JTG D40-2011》對輪跡路面板合理幾何尺寸經(jīng)行深入研究 一、輪跡路面板屬于λ(長寬比)較大窄板,在偏載作用下易發(fā)生翻板破壞,針對輪跡道路特有的破壞形式進行了輪跡路面板的傾覆性問題研究,提出了合理的板寬設(shè)計方法。 二、通過閱讀大量國內(nèi)外關(guān)于輪跡道路和超薄混凝土道路的文獻,對影響輪跡路面板應(yīng)力分布和傳導(dǎo)的主要因素進行篩選,運用ABAQUS有限元軟件對篩選后的各影響因素進行有限元分析,得出各影響因素對路面板荷載應(yīng)力的影響關(guān)系,以及多因素綜合作用與路面板應(yīng)力的關(guān)系。 三、在現(xiàn)有道路設(shè)計規(guī)范強制要求和路面材料性能充分發(fā)揮的基礎(chǔ)上提出了合理的輪跡路面板幾何尺寸。
[Abstract]:The track road is a kind of road structure suitable for light traffic . It features small hardening area , less environmental damage , good durability , convenient maintenance and maintenance and less investment .

Firstly , the wheel track panel belongs to 位 ( aspect ratio ) big narrow plate , it is easy to turn plate damage under the action of partial load , and the overturning problem of wheel track panel is carried out in the form of damage characteristic of wheel track road , and a reasonable design method of plate width is put forward .

Second , by reading a large number of domestic and foreign literatures about road and ultra - thin concrete road , the main factors influencing the stress distribution and conduction of the wheel track panel are selected , and the influence factors on the load stress of the road panel are analyzed by the finite element analysis of the finite element software , and the relation between the multi - factor comprehensive action and the road panel stress is obtained .

Thirdly , the reasonable wheel track panel geometry is proposed on the basis of the mandatory requirements of existing road design codes and the full play of pavement materials .
