【摘要】：清水混凝土是建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的重要方向之一。首先,對(duì)清水混凝土的概念及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要介紹;其次,對(duì)包括原材料、配合比、攪拌、運(yùn)輸、存儲(chǔ)、澆筑、振搗、養(yǎng)護(hù)、模板及其處理等影響清水混凝土的質(zhì)量因素進(jìn)行了總結(jié)分析;結(jié)合重要的市政工程應(yīng)用清水混凝土的實(shí)踐,介紹了針對(duì)各影響因素所采取的管控措施;最后總結(jié)表明,清水混凝土在滿足一般混凝土強(qiáng)度、耐久性及抗裂等基礎(chǔ)上,其成敗的關(guān)鍵在于模板的選擇及處理。
[Abstract]:The clear water concrete is one of the important directions of the development of the construction industry. First, the concept and development status of the clear water concrete are briefly introduced. Secondly, the quality factors affecting the quality of the concrete are summarized and analyzed, including the raw materials, mixing ratio, mixing, transportation, storage, pouring, vibration, maintenance, formwork and treatment. The practice of using clear water concrete for municipal engineering and the control measures adopted for various influencing factors are introduced. Finally, it is concluded that the key to the success or failure of the concrete is the selection and treatment of the formwork on the basis of meeting the strength, durability and crack resistance of the concrete.
