基于排隊(duì)論的集裝箱碼頭泊位與裝卸機(jī)械配置仿真研究

【摘要】:在規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)的推動(dòng)下,船舶不斷朝著大型化發(fā)展,港口建設(shè)不斷朝著深水化發(fā)展,集裝箱運(yùn)輸量不斷地?cái)U(kuò)大。伴隨著港口吞吐量的增加,增加裝卸設(shè)備數(shù)量可以提高泊位裝卸效率,減少船舶在港時(shí)間,,減少船方在港成本,同時(shí)增加港口吞吐量,使港方獲得更多的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。但是當(dāng)裝卸設(shè)備數(shù)量達(dá)到一定程度后,船舶在港時(shí)間將不再繼續(xù)減少,為了使船舶平均在港時(shí)間繼續(xù)減少,港口只有增加新的泊位,但是裝卸設(shè)備和泊位的增加意味著港方投資的增加。因此,本文通過(guò)確定港口最佳泊位數(shù)和最優(yōu)裝卸機(jī)械數(shù)量,實(shí)現(xiàn)了港、船雙方綜合效益的最大化,為港口的擴(kuò)容改造,規(guī)劃新建提供參考。 本文首先簡(jiǎn)要地介紹了集裝箱碼頭的裝卸機(jī)械、堆場(chǎng)以及裝卸工藝,說(shuō)明了排隊(duì)論在集裝箱碼頭裝卸系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用,并通過(guò)理論推導(dǎo),求解出裝卸系統(tǒng)中的各項(xiàng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。之后,介紹了計(jì)算機(jī)仿真技術(shù),并闡述了仿真技術(shù)在集裝箱碼頭系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。本文運(yùn)用仿真軟件Arena建立了集裝箱碼頭裝卸系統(tǒng)的仿真模型,介紹了建立模型的流程,詳細(xì)敘述了各個(gè)作業(yè)系統(tǒng)中的模塊,給出了各模塊中仿真參數(shù)的確定方法以及最終結(jié)果。通過(guò)對(duì)仿真模型進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),得出了以下結(jié)果。 當(dāng)泊位數(shù)固定,單泊位岸橋數(shù)為最優(yōu)岸橋數(shù)時(shí),以船舶平均在港時(shí)間為主要控制條件,以AWT/AST為次要控制因素,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)不同的場(chǎng)橋數(shù)和集卡數(shù)的組合,按照某一特定的選取原則,得到了不同設(shè)計(jì)年吞吐量情況下的最優(yōu)場(chǎng)橋數(shù)和集卡數(shù),并對(duì)該結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。當(dāng)泊位數(shù)不定時(shí),在泊位數(shù)和單泊位岸橋數(shù)最優(yōu)聯(lián)合配置的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行了泊位、岸橋、場(chǎng)橋、集卡的聯(lián)合配置,從而得到了泊位與裝卸機(jī)械的最優(yōu)聯(lián)合配置結(jié)果。 最后闡述了本文研究中存在的一些缺點(diǎn)和不足,并指明了進(jìn)一步研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Under the impetus of economies of scale, ships continue to develop on a large scale, port construction moves towards deepwater, and container traffic continues to expand. With the increase of port throughput, increasing the number of loading and unloading equipment can improve the handling efficiency of berth, reduce the time of ship in port, reduce the cost of ship in port, increase the throughput of port, and make the port get more economic benefits. However, when the number of loading and unloading equipment reaches a certain level, the ship's time at the port will not continue to decrease. In order to make the average ship's time at port continue to decrease, the port will only have to add new berths. But the increase in handling equipment and berths means an increase in investment from the Hong Kong side. Therefore, by determining the optimum number of berths and the optimal number of loading and unloading machinery, this paper maximizes the comprehensive benefits of both ports and ships, and provides a reference for the expansion and transformation of ports and the planning and construction of new ports. In this paper, the loading and unloading machinery, yard and technology of container terminal are introduced briefly, the application of queuing theory in container terminal loading and unloading system is explained, and the evaluation indexes of loading and unloading system are solved by theoretical derivation. Then, the computer simulation technology is introduced, and the application of simulation technology in container terminal system is expounded. In this paper, the simulation model of container terminal loading and unloading system is established by using the simulation software Arena, the process of establishing the model is introduced, the modules of each operation system are described in detail, and the method of determining the simulation parameters and the final results are given. The simulation model is tested and the following results are obtained. When the number of berths is fixed and the number of single berths is the optimal number of shore bridges, the average ship's time in port is taken as the main control condition and AWT/AST as the secondary control factor. According to a particular selection principle, the optimal field bridge number and set number of cards are obtained under different design year throughput conditions, and the results are analyzed. When the number of berths is unfixed, on the basis of the optimal joint allocation of berths and single-berth quayside bridges, the joint allocation of berths, quaybridges, field bridges and collecting cards is further carried out, and the optimal joint allocation results of berths and loading and unloading machinery are obtained. At last, some shortcomings and shortcomings in this paper are discussed, and the direction of further research is pointed out.
