城市公交單車型行車計(jì)劃及駕駛員調(diào)度方法研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前我國城市交通擁堵問題日益嚴(yán)重,大力發(fā)展公共交通是解決城市交通問題重要手段。公交調(diào)度是公交企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的核心內(nèi)容,而行車計(jì)劃的編制和駕駛員調(diào)度是公交靜態(tài)調(diào)度的重要組成部分,對(duì)其合理、優(yōu)化地調(diào)度一方面能夠幫助公交企業(yè)降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,另一方面則有助于規(guī)范運(yùn)營(yíng)、提高公交服務(wù)水平。因此,對(duì)公交車輛行車計(jì)劃編制和駕駛員優(yōu)化調(diào)度問題進(jìn)行研究非常必要。論文對(duì)城市公交的單車型行車計(jì)劃和駕駛員調(diào)度方法進(jìn)行研究,主要研究問題相應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型和求解算法,并開發(fā)了相應(yīng)的軟件模塊。論文的主要工作如下:首先,本文采用區(qū)域模式編制公交單車型行車計(jì)劃?紤]車場(chǎng)容量等約束因素,建立以所需公交車輛最少和運(yùn)營(yíng)成本最小為目標(biāo)的數(shù)學(xué)模型;根據(jù)問題特征設(shè)計(jì)了模型求解的禁忌搜索算法;結(jié)合問題給出應(yīng)用案例,利用禁忌搜索算法對(duì)模型進(jìn)行求解,通過對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的分析,驗(yàn)證了模型的可行性和算法的有效性。然后,本文建立了考慮駕駛員工作時(shí)間均衡性的駕駛員調(diào)度模型。模型的目標(biāo)是在滿足最大在班時(shí)間、最大工作時(shí)間等現(xiàn)實(shí)約束因素的條件下,使駕駛員完成車輛駕駛?cè)蝿?wù)的總成本最小,駕駛員工作時(shí)間標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差最;同時(shí)根據(jù)問題特征,設(shè)計(jì)了蟻群算法求解調(diào)度模型;通過一個(gè)案例對(duì)模型的正確性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,證明了蟻群算法解決駕駛員調(diào)度問題的高效性和較強(qiáng)的適用性。最后,在所提出的城市公交行車計(jì)劃和駕駛員調(diào)度方法的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用Microsoft Visual Studio 2010開發(fā)平臺(tái),結(jié)合SQL Server 2008 r2數(shù)據(jù)庫,使用C#語言,設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)了城市公共交通運(yùn)營(yíng)計(jì)劃模塊。該模塊包含數(shù)據(jù)信息管理、發(fā)車時(shí)刻表的生成、行車計(jì)劃編制、駕駛員調(diào)度、人員輪班等主要功能。
[Abstract]:At present, the problem of urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious in China, and the development of public transportation is an important means to solve urban traffic problems. Bus scheduling is the core of the operation management of public transport enterprises, and the preparation of train planning and driver scheduling is an important part of the static scheduling of public transport. On the one hand, reasonable and optimal scheduling can help public transport enterprises to reduce their operating costs. On the other hand, it helps to standardize the operation and improve the level of bus service. Therefore, it is necessary to study the problem of bus vehicle planning and driver optimal scheduling. In this paper, the method of single cycle traffic planning and driver scheduling of urban public transportation is studied. The mathematical model and solving algorithm of the problem are studied, and the corresponding software module is developed. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, this paper uses the regional model to compile the bus cycle plan. Considering the constraints such as the capacity of the vehicle yard, a mathematical model with the minimum required public transport vehicle and the minimum operating cost is established. According to the characteristics of the problem, the Tabu search algorithm for solving the model is designed, and an application case is given. The Tabu search algorithm is used to solve the model. The feasibility of the model and the validity of the algorithm are verified by analyzing the experimental results. Then, a driver scheduling model considering the equilibrium of driver's working time is established. The goal of the model is to minimize the total cost and the standard deviation of the driver's working time under the conditions of satisfying the practical constraints such as maximum shift time and maximum working time, and at the same time, according to the characteristics of the problem, the goal of the model is to make the driver complete the vehicle driving task with the minimum cost. Ant colony algorithm is designed to solve the scheduling model, and the correctness of the model is verified by a case, which proves the efficiency and applicability of the ant colony algorithm to solve the driver scheduling problem. Finally, on the basis of the proposed urban bus traffic planning and driver scheduling method, the urban public transport operation plan module is designed and developed by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development platform, SQL Server 2008 R2 database and C # language. The module includes data information management, train timetable generation, train planning, driver scheduling, personnel shift and other main functions.
