【摘要】：某工程擬在深水軟土地基上修筑防波堤,為了盡量減少地基處理充分利用天然地基,創(chuàng)新性設(shè)計(jì)出一種輕型薄壁的預(yù)制防波堤結(jié)構(gòu),其擋浪部分為直立薄壁圓筒,基礎(chǔ)部分則為倒扣的薄壁橢圓形桶,并且橢圓形下桶為外壁和內(nèi)隔板分成9個(gè)格室,防波堤結(jié)構(gòu)浮運(yùn)至指定位置后,擬采用負(fù)壓工法施工安裝就位。這種新型防波堤結(jié)構(gòu)為國(guó)內(nèi)外首次提出,其下沉施工設(shè)計(jì)尚無規(guī)范可循,為此開展了土工離心模型試驗(yàn),在模型加速過程中模擬了橢圓形下桶基礎(chǔ)在淤泥層中的自重下沉,之后利用新研發(fā)了一種大行程作動(dòng)加載裝置給橢圓形下桶施加下推力,讓其繼續(xù)向下貫入直至穿越整個(gè)淤泥層,以模擬負(fù)壓工法的貫入下沉。試驗(yàn)測(cè)量了下桶貫入下沉過程中的推力與貫入位移,還嘗試測(cè)量了桶壁和內(nèi)隔板斷面的壓應(yīng)變,由此分析了下桶基礎(chǔ)的下沉總阻力、桶壁摩擦力以及截面壓應(yīng)變隨貫入位移的變化。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),這些曲線均出現(xiàn)了轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn),根據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)對(duì)應(yīng)的下沉總阻力確定了橢圓形下桶基礎(chǔ)貫入過程所遭遇的臨界下沉總阻力值,據(jù)此估算了負(fù)壓工法中所需施加的壓力差。
[Abstract]:A certain project plans to build breakwater on deep water soft soil foundation. In order to minimize the treatment of foundation and make full use of natural foundation, a light thin-walled precast breakwater structure is designed innovatively. The wave-retaining part of the breakwater is an upright thin-walled cylinder. The foundation part is an inverted thin-walled oval barrel, and the bottom oval barrel is divided into nine latticed chambers with outer wall and inner partition. After the breakwater structure is floating to a specified position, the construction and installation of the breakwater is to be carried out with negative pressure method. This new breakwater structure is first put forward at home and abroad, and the design of sinking construction has not been followed. Therefore, geotechnical centrifuge model test is carried out. In the process of model acceleration, the gravity subsidence of oval bottom bucket foundation in silt layer is simulated. Then a large stroke actuation loading device is developed to push the lower oval bucket into the bottom of the elliptical bucket, which can continue through the whole silt layer to simulate the penetration and subsidence of the negative pressure engineering method. The thrust and penetration displacement during the sinking of the lower barrel are measured, and the compressive strain of the bucket wall and the cross section of the inner partition are also tried to be measured, and the total sinking resistance of the bottom bucket foundation is analyzed. The variation of barrel wall friction force and cross section compressive strain with penetration displacement. The results show that there are turning points in these curves. According to the total sinking resistance corresponding to the turning point, the critical total sinking resistance of the elliptical bottom bucket foundation is determined, and the pressure difference required in the negative pressure method is estimated.
