基于地點(diǎn)成本的交通應(yīng)急救援設(shè)施優(yōu)化選址方法

【摘要】:為了提高交通應(yīng)急救援設(shè)施選址的科學(xué)性與實(shí)用性,根據(jù)既考慮地點(diǎn)成本,又要保留現(xiàn)有救援點(diǎn)的實(shí)際選址需求,提出了基于地點(diǎn)成本的交通救援設(shè)施優(yōu)化選址方法.該方法通過懲罰參數(shù)的變動(dòng),有選擇的保留現(xiàn)有救援點(diǎn),推出一類條件集合覆蓋選址方案;在不改變保留和新建救援點(diǎn)數(shù)目的條件下,唯一生成總加權(quán)救援時(shí)間最小解;考慮救援點(diǎn)建設(shè)成本的不同,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)建設(shè)成本的精確控制,保留的現(xiàn)有救援點(diǎn)是傳統(tǒng)方法的2倍,總建設(shè)成本和總加權(quán)救援時(shí)間較傳統(tǒng)方法得到多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化,實(shí)現(xiàn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)性與效率性的有效均衡,具有工程應(yīng)用的可操作性.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the scientificity and practicability of location selection of traffic emergency rescue facilities, according to the need of site selection both in consideration of site cost and in keeping existing rescue sites, a method for optimizing location selection of traffic rescue facilities based on location cost is proposed. By changing the penalty parameters and selectively retaining the existing rescue points, the method proposes a kind of conditional set covering site selection scheme, and generates only the minimum solution of the total weighted rescue time without changing the number of reserved and newly built rescue points. Considering the difference of the construction cost of the rescue site, the construction cost can be controlled accurately, the existing rescue point retained is twice as large as the traditional method, and the total construction cost and the total weighted rescue time can be optimized by multi-objective compared with the traditional method. It realizes the effective balance between economy and efficiency, and has the maneuverability of engineering application.
