瀝青灑布車嵌入式系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及控制算法研究

【摘要】:瀝青灑布車是一種以噴灑熱態(tài)瀝青、乳化瀝青、渣油等液態(tài)瀝青為主,并具有運(yùn)輸液態(tài)瀝青能力的瀝青路面修筑機(jī)械。隨著我國(guó)公路事業(yè)的發(fā)展,新材料、新工藝的應(yīng)用對(duì)瀝青灑布車的性能提出了更高的要求。而灑布控制系統(tǒng)則是瀝青灑布車、同步碎石封層車等類似的養(yǎng)護(hù)機(jī)械的核心部分,直接影響到其智能化程度及最終的養(yǎng)護(hù)施工質(zhì)量。 論文研究了瀝青灑布車的控制原理及控制系統(tǒng)。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)瀝青灑布車的控制系統(tǒng)多以PLC為主,不但成本高,模塊化組合控制不靈活,而且各廠家的硬件體系也互不兼容,編程語言及指令系統(tǒng)也各異。當(dāng)用戶選擇某一款PLC產(chǎn)品后,就必須選擇與其相應(yīng)的控制規(guī)程,并學(xué)習(xí)該P(yáng)LC所特定的編程語言。針對(duì)這些弊端,本論文根據(jù)控制要求和實(shí)際施工需要設(shè)計(jì)了一套以嵌入式系統(tǒng)為核心的控制系統(tǒng),并完成了嵌入式控制系統(tǒng)的電路設(shè)計(jì)、程序編寫和人機(jī)交互的設(shè)計(jì)。同時(shí),在對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)及控制原理、灑布量控制算法研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)控制關(guān)鍵的液壓系統(tǒng)的控制算法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),,提出新的控制方法——神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)?刂,并通過仿真與傳統(tǒng)的PID控制進(jìn)行了比較。 論文所設(shè)計(jì)的控制系統(tǒng),是智能瀝青灑布車的重要組成部分。設(shè)計(jì)完成后,通過一系列生產(chǎn)試驗(yàn)對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了功能驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明該控制系統(tǒng)能夠滿足實(shí)際施工的各項(xiàng)要求,達(dá)到了預(yù)期目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Asphalt sprinkler is a kind of asphalt pavement construction machinery which mainly sprays hot asphalt, emulsified asphalt, residuum and other liquid asphalt, and has the ability to transport liquid asphalt. With the development of highway industry in China, the application of new materials and new technology has put forward higher requirements for the performance of asphalt sprinkler vehicles. The sprinkler control system is the core part of the similar maintenance machinery such as asphalt sprinkler car, synchronous gravel seal car and so on, which directly affects its intelligence degree and the final maintenance construction quality. The control principle and control system of asphalt sprinkler vehicle are studied in this paper. At present, PLC is the main control system of domestic asphalt sprinkler vehicle, which not only has high cost, not only modularization combination control is not flexible, but also the hardware system of each manufacturer is incompatible, and the programming language and instruction system are different. When users select a PLC product, they must choose the corresponding control procedures and learn the specific programming language of the PLC. Aiming at these disadvantages, this paper designs a set of control system based on embedded system according to the control requirements and actual construction needs, and completes the design of the circuit, program and human-computer interaction of the embedded control system. At the same time, based on the research of control system, control principle and sprinkler control algorithm, the control algorithm of the key hydraulic system is improved, and a new control method-neural network internal model control is proposed. The simulation is compared with the traditional PID control. The control system designed in this paper is an important part of intelligent asphalt sprinkler vehicle. After the design is completed, the function of the control system is verified through a series of production tests. The results show that the control system can meet the requirements of actual construction and reach the expected goal.
