運(yùn)營期地鐵隧道常見結(jié)構(gòu)病害成因及治理方法研究

【摘要】:地鐵運(yùn)營過程中隧道結(jié)構(gòu)將會不可避免的產(chǎn)生一系列病害情況,影響到地鐵運(yùn)營的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、乘客的舒適度、隧道的安全性和耐久性。本文以南京地鐵建成運(yùn)營的一號線和二號線為例,分析了一些常見病害及治理措施。總的來說隧道病害主要有不均勻沉降、滲漏水、裂縫以及道床隆起等。 本文分析了西延線隧道病害現(xiàn)狀,在采集分析大量數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)計(jì)算方法對隧道結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了安全性驗(yàn)算。介紹了由外部堆載造成的金馬區(qū)間隧道沉降和管片開裂等病害,詳細(xì)敘述了其治理措施。金馬區(qū)間隧道加固是一次大型治理工程,時間緊迫,運(yùn)營影響很大,技術(shù)要求很高,對南京地鐵來說是寶貴的工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)。此次成功實(shí)踐,為今后地鐵隧道結(jié)構(gòu)同類病害的治理提供了重要參考資料。對雨潤-元通區(qū)間的各種病害進(jìn)行了監(jiān)測和原因分析,認(rèn)為其所處地質(zhì)環(huán)境和外部工程施工是這些病害產(chǎn)生的主要原因,并且介紹了其治理措施。 針對多種隧道結(jié)構(gòu)常見病害,考慮了周邊環(huán)境條件等因素,分析了病害產(chǎn)生原因,總結(jié)了治理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合自己的工作實(shí)踐,從安全性角度和工作效率出發(fā),比較了一些隧道加固治理方案,提出了一些合理的建議。在大彎道、下穿河道等曲率半徑小的地方,由于支護(hù)不便等原因常常導(dǎo)致管片安裝質(zhì)量不高,致使隧道抵御外力能力降低,結(jié)構(gòu)安全性能相對較薄弱。對于這些敏感區(qū)段的管片等建議設(shè)計(jì)時適當(dāng)加大強(qiáng)度,加大安全余量。對穿越鐵道線路、高速公路等地面動載大的隧道結(jié)構(gòu)要重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)變形監(jiān)測,爭取及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,及時采取科學(xué)合理的治理措施。
[Abstract]:In the course of subway operation, a series of diseases will inevitably occur in the tunnel structure, which will affect the economic benefits of subway operation, the comfort of passengers, the safety and durability of the tunnel. Taking Nanjing Metro Line 1 and Line 2 as examples, this paper analyzes some common diseases and treatment measures. Generally speaking, tunnel diseases mainly include uneven settlement, leakage, cracks and roadbed uplift. In this paper, the present situation of tunnel diseases in the west extension is analyzed. On the basis of collecting and analyzing a large number of data, the structural mechanics calculation method is used to calculate the safety of the tunnel structure. This paper introduces the defects of tunnel settlement and segment cracking caused by external heaps, and describes in detail the treatment measures. The reinforcement of Jinma section tunnel is a large treatment project, which is a precious engineering experience for Nanjing subway, because of its urgent time, great influence on operation and high technical requirements. This successful practice provides an important reference for the treatment of similar diseases of subway tunnel structure in the future. Based on the monitoring and cause analysis of various diseases in Yurun-Yuantong section, it is considered that the geological environment and external engineering construction are the main causes of these diseases, and the treatment measures are also introduced. In view of the common diseases of tunnel structure, considering the surrounding environmental conditions, the causes of the disease are analyzed, and the treatment experience is summarized. On the basis of this, some tunnel reinforcement and treatment schemes are compared from the point of view of safety and working efficiency, and some reasonable suggestions are put forward. Where the curvature radius of the channel is small in the big bend, because of the inconvenient support, the installation quality of the segment is not high, the ability of resisting the external force of the tunnel is reduced, and the safety performance of the structure is relatively weak. It is suggested that the design of these sensitive segments should increase the strength and increase the safety margin. It is necessary to strengthen deformation monitoring for tunnel structures with large ground dynamic loads such as railway lines and expressways so as to find problems in time and take scientific and reasonable treatment measures in time.
