隧道施工風(fēng)險分析與評價計算機輔助系統(tǒng)開發(fā)與應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隧道施工項目具有建設(shè)周期長、投資巨大、技術(shù)復(fù)雜等特點,在工程建設(shè)的過程中存在許多不確定的因素,給工程項目的順利完工帶來巨大的風(fēng)險。為此,對隧道施工進(jìn)行風(fēng)險分析與風(fēng)險評估,以確保工程施工過程中的安全、工程質(zhì)量以及減少不必要的經(jīng)濟損失尤為重要。 本文對隧道施工風(fēng)險分析與評價計算機輔助系統(tǒng)(簡稱輔助系統(tǒng),下文同)的整體框架進(jìn)行了研究,完成了隧道工程風(fēng)險標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)庫和應(yīng)用軟件兩個模塊的研發(fā)。實現(xiàn)了對隧道施工整個過程從風(fēng)險辨識、風(fēng)險評估到風(fēng)險決策的風(fēng)險管理全過程的程序化。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容和研究成果如下: (1)在風(fēng)險數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立方面,將風(fēng)險信息、風(fēng)險因素、風(fēng)險處理措施等都進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,存入數(shù)據(jù)庫當(dāng)中,供用戶在風(fēng)險評估過程中進(jìn)行選擇和參考。 (2)在風(fēng)險辨識方面,采用專家調(diào)查法、核查表法、德爾菲法相結(jié)合的方法對隧道施工進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險辨識,一共辨識出了13個一級風(fēng)險因子,68個二級風(fēng)險因子,初步建立了隧道施工風(fēng)險因素詳表。 (3)在風(fēng)險評估方法的研究方面,主要是集成了定性和定量相結(jié)合的分析方法,包括層次分析法、網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法、模糊網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法等供用戶進(jìn)行選擇。首次將模糊網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法的整個風(fēng)險評估流程通過計算機軟件進(jìn)行實現(xiàn)。 (4)在風(fēng)險決策方面,對辨識出的二級風(fēng)險因子給出了相應(yīng)的建議采取的風(fēng)險處理措施,以供用戶在風(fēng)險決策的過程中進(jìn)行參考。 (5)在工程實例應(yīng)用方面,結(jié)合胡麻嶺特長隧道的具體情況,通過隧道施工風(fēng)險分析與評價計算機輔助系統(tǒng)對該工程進(jìn)行風(fēng)險評價,得出了該工程的施工風(fēng)險處于較高的風(fēng)險水平的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Tunnel construction project has the characteristics of long construction period, huge investment and complex technology. There are many uncertain factors in the process of project construction, which brings huge risks to the successful completion of the project. Therefore, it is very important to analyze and evaluate the risk of tunnel construction in order to ensure the safety of the construction process, the quality of the project and the reduction of unnecessary economic losses. In this paper, the overall framework of the computer aided system for tunnel construction risk analysis and evaluation is studied, and the research and development of two modules of the tunnel engineering risk standard database and application software are completed. The whole process of tunnel construction is programmed from risk identification, risk assessment to risk decision. The main contents and results of this paper are as follows: In the aspect of establishing the risk database, the risk information, risk factors and risk treatment measures are standardized and stored in the database for the users to choose and refer to in the process of risk assessment. 2) in the aspect of risk identification, the method of expert investigation, verification table and Delphi method is used to identify the risk of tunnel construction. A total of 13 first-grade risk factors and 68 second-level risk factors have been identified. A detailed table of risk factors for tunnel construction is established. 3) in the research of risk assessment methods, it mainly integrates qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, including Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), Network Analysis (Ann), Fuzzy Network Analysis (FNN) for users to choose. For the first time, the whole risk assessment process of fuzzy network analysis is realized by computer software. 4) in the aspect of risk decision, the paper gives the corresponding risk treatment measures for the identified secondary risk factors, so as to provide the users with reference in the process of risk decision. 5) in the application of engineering example, combined with the concrete situation of Humaling extra long tunnel, the risk evaluation of the project is carried out through the computer aided system of tunnel construction risk analysis and evaluation. It is concluded that the construction risk of the project is at a high risk level.
