水和溫度作用下城市瀝青路面損害機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:夏季高溫多雨是我國(guó)東南濕熱地區(qū)典型的氣候特征,也是路面病害形成的環(huán)境,其中高溫和行車(chē)荷載是導(dǎo)致路面車(chē)轍的重要因素,路表水滲入到瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)層內(nèi),會(huì)降低瀝青膜對(duì)集料的粘附性,造成瀝青膜從集料表面剝落,導(dǎo)致路面水損害。因此瀝青路面在高溫多雨條件下?lián)p害成為各國(guó)瀝青路面設(shè)計(jì)和養(yǎng)護(hù)中急需解決的問(wèn)題。 本文主要以東南濕熱地區(qū)城市道路水損害及防控技術(shù)研究為依托,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外已有文獻(xiàn)對(duì)于濕熱地區(qū)瀝青路面損害情況的研究,對(duì)泉州市地區(qū)瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)高溫多雨條件下瀝青路面損害機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析。首先,總結(jié)歸納了泉州市自然環(huán)境、降水量、以及氣候特點(diǎn),調(diào)查了泉州市區(qū)1981~2011近30年降雨量、平均氣溫和高溫極大值、極小值。調(diào)查研究了泉州市城市道路路面損害狀況,總結(jié)了泉州市瀝青路面損害特征及產(chǎn)生機(jī)理。然后,通過(guò)試驗(yàn)研究在水和溫度的影響下瀝青混合料的材料性能改變,給出瀝青混合料彈性模量隨溫度和水環(huán)境的變化關(guān)系。然后采用試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)系,基于彈性層狀理論建立有限元模型,分析在靜水作用機(jī)理下,瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)行車(chē)荷載作用下的力學(xué)響應(yīng)規(guī)律。然后采用泉州市夏季最高氣溫時(shí)的天氣情況,,利用公式計(jì)算了瀝青路表的近地空氣溫度變化情況;采用有限元數(shù)值模擬,計(jì)算了瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)的溫度場(chǎng),分析瀝青路面溫度沿深度以及隨時(shí)間變化情況。然后在瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)溫度場(chǎng)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,基于熱彈性層狀理論體系,采用ANSYS有限元順序耦合的方法分析了瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)在溫度和荷載耦合作用下的力學(xué)響應(yīng)規(guī)律。最后分析在夏季高溫暴雨溫度驟降時(shí),水和溫度共同作用下瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)響應(yīng)規(guī)律的變化。
[Abstract]:High temperature and heavy rain in summer is a typical climate feature of wet and hot areas in southeast China, and it is also the environment where pavement diseases are formed. Among them, high temperature and driving load are important factors leading to rutting of pavement, and surface water seeps into asphalt pavement structure layer. The adhesion of asphalt film to aggregate will be reduced, which will result in the spalling of asphalt film from aggregate surface and water damage of road surface. Therefore, the damage of asphalt pavement under the condition of high temperature and heavy rain has become an urgent problem in the design and maintenance of asphalt pavement in various countries. This paper is mainly based on the study of water damage and prevention and control technology of urban roads in southeastern humid and hot areas, combined with the research on asphalt pavement damage in humid and hot areas in domestic and foreign literature. The damage mechanism of asphalt pavement in Quanzhou area is analyzed under the condition of high temperature and much rain. Firstly, the natural environment, precipitation and climatic characteristics of Quanzhou are summarized, and the rainfall, mean temperature and high temperature maximum, minimum value of nearly 30 years rainfall, mean temperature and high temperature in Quanzhou urban area are investigated in 1981 and 2011. This paper investigates and studies the damage of urban road surface in Quanzhou city and summarizes the damage characteristics and producing mechanism of asphalt pavement in Quanzhou city. Then, the change of material performance of asphalt mixture under the influence of water and temperature is studied, and the relationship between elastic modulus of asphalt mixture and temperature and water environment is given. Then the finite element model based on elastic layer theory is established by using the experimental data relationship and the mechanical response of asphalt pavement structure under driving load is analyzed under the mechanism of hydrostatic action. Then, using the weather condition of the highest temperature in summer in Quanzhou City, using the formula to calculate the change of the near earth air temperature of asphalt pavement table, the temperature field of asphalt pavement structure is calculated by using finite element numerical simulation. The variation of asphalt pavement temperature along depth and with time is analyzed. Then, based on the analysis of temperature field of asphalt pavement structure and the thermoelastic layered theory system, the mechanical response of asphalt pavement structure under the coupling of temperature and load is analyzed by ANSYS finite element sequential coupling method. Finally, the change of mechanical response law of asphalt pavement structure under the action of water and temperature is analyzed when the temperature of high temperature rainstorm drops sharply in summer.
