基于微信公眾平臺(tái)的航運(yùn)信息推送技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:內(nèi)河航運(yùn)是我國(guó)運(yùn)輸綜合體系的重要組成部分,伴隨著航運(yùn)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展以及航運(yùn)需求的急速增加,傳統(tǒng)的航運(yùn)信息交互模式也暴露出了一些不足。例如,現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)在內(nèi)河航運(yùn)管理中的作用未能得到充分發(fā)揮,行業(yè)信息化建設(shè)相對(duì)滯后,航道管理部門尚未建立完善的內(nèi)河航運(yùn)信息服務(wù)和管理平臺(tái),不能及時(shí)提供過(guò)閘通航信息,使船舶待閘時(shí)間較長(zhǎng),增加了船舶燃料消耗負(fù)擔(dān)和經(jīng)營(yíng)成本,影響了內(nèi)河航運(yùn)業(yè)的更好發(fā)展。因此提升航運(yùn)信息交互效率,加速航運(yùn)信息化建設(shè),對(duì)我國(guó)內(nèi)河航運(yùn)的發(fā)展尤為重要。在上述背景下,本文綜合分析了內(nèi)河航運(yùn)信息資源現(xiàn)狀,重點(diǎn)在微信公眾開(kāi) 發(fā)平臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)之上,以廣西船閘綜合調(diào)度系統(tǒng)為主接入系統(tǒng),搭建了一款應(yīng)用于廣西港航管理局所轄的長(zhǎng)洲、桂平、西津等船閘的微信服務(wù)號(hào)。實(shí)現(xiàn)了西江廣西段船閘調(diào)度信息的共享,加速了航運(yùn)信息的交互。 歸納起來(lái),本文的研究主要作了如下工作: (1)基于微信公眾平臺(tái)接口、Web服務(wù)器、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)以及Java技術(shù),構(gòu)建了面向航運(yùn)信息服務(wù)的微信公眾平臺(tái)架構(gòu),完成了自定義菜單、XML數(shù)據(jù)包解析及轉(zhuǎn)換、消息接收與響應(yīng)、航運(yùn)信息封裝等工作。 (2)針對(duì)廣西西江船舶過(guò)閘調(diào)度業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)程和信息服務(wù)的需求,設(shè)計(jì)了基于微信公眾平臺(tái)的船舶過(guò)閘服務(wù)流程,實(shí)現(xiàn)了會(huì)員綁定、過(guò)閘申報(bào)以及信息交互等功能模塊,滿足了職能部門為船舶提供免?窟^(guò)閘申報(bào)的基本需求,有助于提高船舶的過(guò)閘效率。 (3)基于船舶過(guò)閘調(diào)度系統(tǒng)及岸基AIS數(shù)據(jù)支撐,實(shí)現(xiàn)了船舶過(guò)閘信息查詢功能,對(duì)船舶合理地安排航程、規(guī)避船閘擁堵、緩解過(guò)閘壓力有一定參考作用。
[Abstract]:Inland river shipping is an important part of the integrated transportation system in China. With the rapid development of shipping technology and the rapid increase of shipping demand, the traditional interactive mode of shipping information has also exposed some shortcomings. For example, the role of modern information technology in inland river shipping management has not been fully brought into play, the industry information construction is relatively lagging behind, and the waterway management department has not yet established a perfect inland water shipping information service and management platform. The failure to provide the information of navigation through the gate in time makes the waiting time of the ship longer, increases the burden of fuel consumption and the operating cost of the ship, and affects the better development of the inland river shipping industry. Therefore, improving the efficiency of shipping information interaction and accelerating the construction of shipping information is particularly important for the development of inland waterway shipping in China. Under the above background, this paper synthetically analyzes the present situation of inland river shipping information resources, with emphasis on WeChat public opening. On the basis of the platform, the integrated dispatching system of Guangxi Shiplock is used as the main access system, and a WeChat service number applied to Changzhou, Guiping, Xijin and other locks under the jurisdiction of Guangxi Port and Shipping Administration is built. The sharing of shiplock dispatching information in Guangxi section of Xijiang River is realized, and the interaction of shipping information is accelerated. To sum up, the main work of this paper is as follows: 1) based on the web server, database and Java technology of WeChat public platform interface, the public platform architecture of WeChat for shipping information service is constructed, and the custom menu data packet parsing and conversion, message receiving and responding are completed. Shipping information packaging and other work. In order to meet the requirements of Guangxi Xijiang ship gate operation regulation and information service, the ship crossing service flow based on WeChat public platform is designed, and the function modules such as member binding, gate declaration and information exchange are realized. It meets the basic requirement of the functional departments to avoid the declaration of the docking gate, and it is helpful to improve the efficiency of the ship's passing through the gate. Based on the shiplock dispatching system and shore based AIS data support, the information query function of ship crossing gate is realized, which can be used as a reference for ships to arrange voyage reasonably, avoid lock congestion and relieve the pressure of gate crossing.
