【摘要】：為描述彈性需求下降級(jí)路網(wǎng)中出行者路徑選擇行為,為出行者和管理者提供決策參考,采用行程時(shí)間、行程時(shí)間可靠性及貨幣費(fèi)用的加權(quán)和定義動(dòng)態(tài)廣義出行費(fèi)用.假定在路網(wǎng)隨機(jī)變化的情況下,出行者以估計(jì)廣義出行費(fèi)用最小為路徑選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建立基于動(dòng)態(tài)廣義出行費(fèi)用的隨機(jī)用戶平衡模型,并給出求解模型的MSA算法.通過(guò)在一個(gè)算例路網(wǎng)上測(cè)試,結(jié)果表明:出行者對(duì)待風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的不同態(tài)度、降級(jí)系數(shù)和貨幣費(fèi)用均對(duì)道路流量分配影響顯著,并與經(jīng)驗(yàn)相吻合,說(shuō)明所提出的基于動(dòng)態(tài)廣義出行費(fèi)用的隨機(jī)用戶平衡模型能夠真實(shí)反映出行者在隨機(jī)路網(wǎng)中的路徑選擇行為.
[Abstract]:In order to describe the path selection behavior of travelers in the network with declining elastic demand and to provide decision reference for travelers and managers, the weighted and defined dynamic generalized travel costs are adopted for travel time, travel time reliability and monetary costs. Assuming that under the condition of random change of the road network the traveler takes the minimum of the estimated generalized travel cost as the path selection criterion the stochastic user equilibrium model based on the dynamic generalized travel cost is established and the MSA algorithm for solving the model is given. Based on an example road network test, the results show that the different attitudes of travelers towards risk, the demotion coefficient and the money cost have significant effects on the distribution of road flow, which are consistent with the experience. It is shown that the proposed stochastic user equilibrium model based on dynamic generalized travel cost can truly reflect the path selection behavior of travelers in a random road network.
