電煤區(qū)域間調(diào)運(yùn)方案研究

【摘要】:我國煤炭資源的分布狀況和能源結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)決定了,煤、電資源的開發(fā)及相應(yīng)的電煤區(qū)域間調(diào)配問題成為影響我國經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展和人民生活水平提高的關(guān)鍵因素之一。在煤炭資源產(chǎn)、銷區(qū)域逆向分布的空間格局和電力供需缺口不斷增加的社會(huì)環(huán)境下,如何借助有效的運(yùn)力資源整合和配置來制定科學(xué)合理的電煤資源區(qū)域間調(diào)運(yùn)方案是一個(gè)復(fù)雜且艱巨的系統(tǒng)工程問題。本文運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)工程、交通運(yùn)輸以及運(yùn)籌學(xué)等學(xué)科的理論和方法,從電煤物流系統(tǒng)分析出發(fā),提出了一般化的電煤運(yùn)輸方案設(shè)計(jì)問題,并結(jié)合我國電煤運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)狀和運(yùn)輸成本理論從電煤運(yùn)輸和電力生產(chǎn)兩個(gè)層面,對(duì)電煤調(diào)運(yùn)方案問題展開研究。 首先,在電煤物流系統(tǒng)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從電煤連續(xù)生命周期出發(fā),將電煤運(yùn)輸、電力生產(chǎn)等過程抽象為由不同物流服務(wù)組成的調(diào)運(yùn)方案,并總結(jié)該問題的一般求解過程。 其次,分析電煤資源的供需狀況及未來走勢(shì)。從我國電煤運(yùn)輸?shù)母窬忠?guī)模、通道分布和供需趨勢(shì)等角度重點(diǎn)分析鐵路、公路、沿海海運(yùn)以及遠(yuǎn)距離輸電等運(yùn)輸供給方式,分析電煤運(yùn)輸存在的主要問題。 第三,在運(yùn)輸方式成本構(gòu)成、運(yùn)輸方式影響因素分析的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合考慮電煤物流系統(tǒng)中電力生產(chǎn)和煤炭運(yùn)輸兩層問題,基于運(yùn)籌學(xué)圖論的基本原理,抽象電煤運(yùn)輸過程中各節(jié)點(diǎn)和路段關(guān)系,并對(duì)此過程中成本構(gòu)成和能力約束進(jìn)行抽象標(biāo)定,建立電煤調(diào)運(yùn)方案基本模型,并采用遺傳算法對(duì)模型進(jìn)行求解。 最后,在對(duì)平莊煤業(yè)集團(tuán)地理優(yōu)勢(shì)、煤炭外運(yùn)通道以及運(yùn)輸存在問題和挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用電煤調(diào)運(yùn)方案選擇優(yōu)化模型對(duì)該礦區(qū)電煤調(diào)運(yùn)方案的實(shí)際問題進(jìn)行研究,運(yùn)用遺傳算法進(jìn)行求解,并借助JAVA編程實(shí)現(xiàn),得到總成本最低方案,進(jìn)行方案對(duì)比分析。
[Abstract]:The distribution of coal resources and the characteristics of energy structure in China determine that the development of coal and electricity resources and the corresponding allocation of coal between regions have become one of the key factors that affect the healthy development of economy and the improvement of people's living standards. In the social environment where the production and distribution of coal resources are inversely distributed and the gap between supply and demand of electricity is increasing, It is a complicated and arduous system engineering problem how to make a scientific and reasonable plan for the regional distribution of thermal coal resources with the help of effective integration and allocation of transportation capacity resources. Based on the theory and method of system engineering, transportation and operation research, this paper puts forward the general design of coal transportation scheme based on the analysis of power coal logistics system. Combined with the current situation of coal transportation and the theory of transportation cost in our country, the paper studies the scheme of power coal transportation from two aspects of power coal transportation and electric power production. Firstly, based on the analysis of power coal logistics system, starting from the power coal continuous life cycle, the processes of coal transportation and power production are abstracted into different logistics services, and the general solving process of this problem is summarized. Secondly, the supply and demand situation and future trend of power coal resources are analyzed. From the angle of pattern scale, channel distribution and supply and demand trend of thermal coal transportation in China, this paper mainly analyzes the transportation and supply modes of railway, highway, coastal seaborne and long-distance transmission, and analyzes the main problems existing in thermal coal transportation. Thirdly, on the basis of analyzing the cost of transportation mode and the influencing factors of transportation mode, considering the two layers of electric power production and coal transportation in power coal logistics system, based on the basic principle of operational research graph theory, Abstract the relationship between nodes and sections in the process of coal transportation, and calibrate the cost structure and capacity constraints in the process, set up the basic model of power coal transportation scheme, and use genetic algorithm to solve the model. Finally, based on the analysis of the advantages of Pingzhuang Coal Industry Group, the existing problems and challenges of coal shipping channels and transportation, the practical problems of coal dispatching scheme in this mining area are studied by using the optimization model of coal dispatching scheme selection. Genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem, and JAVA programming is used to achieve the lowest total cost scheme, and the scheme is compared and analyzed.
