山地城市快速路總體布局及評價研究

【摘要】:我國擁有廣闊的國土空間,城市的地理條件也不盡相同,平原城市主要分布在我國的中部和東部以及沿海地區(qū),因為平原城市的土地便于集中開發(fā),所以用地布局為團(tuán)塊狀。我國的西部城市屬于典型的山地城市,山地城市通常會選擇較平緩、地質(zhì)條件好的用地進(jìn)行用地擴(kuò)展,布局呈組團(tuán)式。組團(tuán)式的城市布局決定了山地城市的出行距離以中長距離為主,因此構(gòu)建山地城市的快速路對于提高山地城市出行效率尤為重要?焖俾凡季钟绊懼鞘薪煌ǔ鲂泻陀玫夭季,然而現(xiàn)階段山地城市快速路布局主要是簡單的參照國內(nèi)大部分城市的環(huán)射線布局模式,尚缺乏對山地城市地形、地貌的考慮,因此對山地城市快速路總體布局及評價研究顯得尤為重要。首先,本文全面介紹了國內(nèi)外城市快速路的研究現(xiàn)狀以及快速路布局的主要形式。在比較分析不同地形下快速路總體布局的前提下,本文分析了山地城市的交通特性,說明了快速路對于山地城市特別是山地大城市的重要性。文中從山地城市的快速路布局、斷面設(shè)置、與其它城市道路的銜接這幾個方面進(jìn)行了山地城市快速路規(guī)劃研究。在分析了現(xiàn)有快速路布局方法的基礎(chǔ)上提出了以交通區(qū)位理論和節(jié)點重要度理論為基礎(chǔ)的山地城市快速路總體布局方法,并對其流程加以說明。其次,本文構(gòu)建了山地城市快速路總體布局主要指標(biāo)評價體系,并運用基于層次分析法(AHP)的模糊綜合評價理論進(jìn)行了山地城市快速路總體布局主要指標(biāo)評價。最后,本文依照山地城市快速路線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃布局流程,結(jié)合凱里—麻江中心城區(qū)快速路規(guī)劃實例進(jìn)行了分析,通過對布局主要指標(biāo)的評價,得到了凱里—麻江中心城區(qū)的“十”字形快速路網(wǎng)總體布局。分析計算后得到的快速路網(wǎng)布局得到了專家組和當(dāng)?shù)卣目隙?并選定為凱里—麻江中心城區(qū)綜合交通規(guī)劃中的快速路布局方案。經(jīng)過實例分析和驗證所得結(jié)論對我國山地城市的快速路設(shè)計有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:China has vast land and space and different geographical conditions of cities. Plain cities are mainly distributed in the central and eastern part of China as well as in coastal areas. Because the land in plain cities is convenient for centralized development, the distribution of land use is in the form of lumps. The western cities of our country belong to the typical mountainous cities. The mountainous cities usually choose the land use which is relatively smooth and the geological conditions are good for the land use expansion and the layout is in the form of group. The urban layout of group type determines that the travel distance of mountain city is mainly middle and long distance, so it is very important to construct the expressway of mountain city to improve the trip efficiency of mountain city. Expressway layout affects urban traffic travel and land use layout. However, at present, the expressway layout in mountainous cities mainly refers to the ring-ray layout model of most cities in China, and lacks the consideration of terrain and landform in mountainous cities. Therefore, it is very important to study the overall layout and evaluation of expressway in mountainous cities. First of all, this paper introduces the current situation of urban expressway research and the main forms of expressway layout at home and abroad. On the premise of comparing and analyzing the general layout of expressway under different terrain, this paper analyzes the traffic characteristics of mountainous cities, and explains the importance of expressway to mountain cities, especially mountain cities. In this paper, the expressway planning of mountainous city is studied from the following aspects: the layout of expressway, the layout of section, and the connection with other urban roads. Based on the analysis of the existing expressway layout methods, this paper puts forward the overall layout method of expressway in mountainous cities based on the traffic location theory and node importance theory, and explains its process. Secondly, this paper constructs the evaluation system of the main indexes of the overall layout of the expressway in mountainous cities, and applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate the main indexes of the overall layout of the expressway in the mountainous cities. Finally, according to the layout process of expressway network in mountainous city, combined with the example of Kaili-Majiang central urban expressway planning, this paper analyzes the main indexes of the layout. Get the Kaili-Majiang central urban area of the "ten" shape of the highway network overall layout. The layout of expressway is confirmed by expert group and local government, and it is selected as the expressway layout scheme in the integrated traffic planning of Kaili-Majiang central city. The conclusion obtained through the analysis and verification of examples has certain reference significance for the expressway design of mountain cities in China.
