【摘要】：采用數(shù)值模擬的方法研究澆注式瀝青混凝土攤鋪時(shí)鋼橋面攤鋪溫度場(chǎng)及溫度變形效應(yīng).建立鋼箱梁溫度場(chǎng)模型,對(duì)澆注式瀝青混凝土攤鋪過(guò)程中鋼橋面溫度場(chǎng)分布規(guī)律進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,擬合出最不利溫度荷載公式.根據(jù)時(shí)空等效原理建立考慮施工過(guò)程的溫度荷載公式,計(jì)算鋼橋面板的局部溫度變形,并分析其對(duì)鋪裝效果的影響.研究結(jié)果表明,攤鋪10 min后鋼板局部迅速升溫至120℃,并在17 min后達(dá)到最大溫度123℃,此階段攤鋪溫度對(duì)鋼板結(jié)構(gòu)的影響較大;攤鋪區(qū)域鋼板會(huì)產(chǎn)生局部溫度變形,最大豎向變形達(dá)到7.5 mm,使攤鋪層局部厚度有偏差,模擬值接近1 mm.
[Abstract]:The effect of temperature field and temperature deformation on steel bridge deck spreading was studied by numerical simulation. The temperature field model of steel box girder is established, and the distribution of temperature field of steel bridge deck during the spreading process of pouring asphalt concrete is simulated numerically, and the most unfavorable temperature load formula is fitted. According to the principle of space-time equivalence, the formula of temperature load considering the construction process is established, the local temperature deformation of steel bridge slab is calculated, and its influence on the paving effect is analyzed.
