【摘要】:為了研究澆注式瀝青膠漿的高溫性能及評價指標(biāo),采用動態(tài)力學(xué)分析(DMA)方法,通過動態(tài)剪切流變試驗,探討了不同溫度、瀝青種類、粉膠比對澆注式瀝青膠漿高溫性能的影響.分析了廣義剪切模量與澆注式瀝青混合料高溫變形之間的相關(guān)性,探討了該指標(biāo)作為澆注式膠漿高溫性能評價指標(biāo)的適用性,并以車轍深度為控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對廣義剪切模量以及60℃條件下的貫入度提出了建議值.結(jié)果表明:澆注式瀝青膠漿復(fù)數(shù)剪切模量和相位角受溫度、瀝青種類、粉膠比因素影響明顯;廣義剪切模量與混合料永久變形呈良好的線性關(guān)系,能作為一種合適的勁度指標(biāo)評價澆注式瀝青膠漿的高溫穩(wěn)定性;60℃條件下,澆注式瀝青混合料貫入度指標(biāo)建議值不大于3.29 mm.
[Abstract]:In order to study the high temperature performance and evaluation index of castable asphalt mortar, the influence of different temperature, kind of asphalt and ratio of powder to binder on high temperature performance of cast asphalt mortar was studied by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) method and dynamic shear rheological test. The correlation between the generalized shear modulus and the high temperature deformation of cast asphalt mixture is analyzed. The applicability of this index as the evaluation index of high temperature performance of castable mortar is discussed, and the rutting depth is taken as the control standard.
