盾構(gòu)機(jī)刀盤平面度檢測方法的研究

【摘要】:盾構(gòu)機(jī),全名全斷面隧道掘進(jìn)機(jī),是目前最為先進(jìn)、在國內(nèi)外應(yīng)用最為廣泛的隧道施工裝備。盾構(gòu)機(jī)主要由刀盤、主軸承、推進(jìn)油缸、壓力倉、輸送機(jī)、管片安裝機(jī)、閘門、作業(yè)臺車、管片吊機(jī)、皮帶輸送機(jī)等部分組成,刀盤是盾構(gòu)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)和制造的核心部件之一。 本文分析了盾構(gòu)機(jī)及技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從大尺寸工件平面度檢測的理論和方法入手,以大量的實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和檢測數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),開展了對盾構(gòu)機(jī)刀盤平面度檢測原理、技術(shù)條件、誤差分析及不確定度評定等方面的研究。針對盾構(gòu)機(jī)刀盤在加工階段以及裝配過程中的平面度檢測工作的難點(diǎn),選擇適合的平面度檢測儀器;并據(jù)此建立起行之有效的盾構(gòu)機(jī)刀盤平面度檢測方法;提出了盾構(gòu)機(jī)刀盤平面度誤差分析與誤差計(jì)算的更為精確的方案;并且建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,對盾構(gòu)機(jī)刀盤平面度測量誤差進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)系統(tǒng)的不確定度評定。最終制定了一套較為完整的盾構(gòu)機(jī)刀盤平面度檢測方法。 通過本文的研究,使用水準(zhǔn)儀對盾構(gòu)機(jī)刀盤平面度進(jìn)行檢測,并結(jié)合最小二乘法評定其平面度誤差,可直觀的反映出整個刀盤受力分布情況,并對刀盤的強(qiáng)度和整體剛度從計(jì)量角度作出客觀評定,確保刀盤在加工和裝配過程中及時進(jìn)行工藝調(diào)整,從而間接保證盾構(gòu)機(jī)的掘進(jìn)速度、工作壽命以及整個工程的施工質(zhì)量;為企業(yè)在該項(xiàng)工作上形成企業(yè)及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供了技術(shù)支持,為細(xì)化制造工藝要求、提高國產(chǎn)盾構(gòu)機(jī)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量奠定了工藝技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Shield machine, full-section tunneling machine, is the most advanced and widely used tunnel construction equipment at home and abroad. The shield machine is mainly composed of cutter head, main bearing, propelling oil cylinder, pressure chamber, conveyer, segment mounting machine, gate, working table car, segment crane, belt conveyor and so on. The shield head is one of the core parts in the design and manufacture of the shield machine. This paper analyzes the development of shield machine and its technology, starting with the theory and method of large size workpiece flatness detection, based on a large number of practical work experience and testing data, the principle of shield machine cutter head flatness detection is carried out. Technical condition, error analysis and uncertainty evaluation. In view of the difficulties in the flatness detection of the cutter head of shield machine in the process of machining and assembly, the suitable flatness testing instrument is selected, and an effective method for detecting the flatness of cutter head of shield machine is established. A more accurate scheme for the analysis and calculation of the flatness error of the cutter head of shield machine is put forward, and the mathematical model is established to evaluate the uncertainty of the measurement error of the cutter head of shield machine in detail. Finally, a complete method of measuring the flatness of shield cutter head is established. Through the research in this paper, the flatness of the cutter head of shield machine is measured by the level instrument, and the flatness error is evaluated by the least square method, which can directly reflect the distribution of the force on the whole cutter head. The strength and overall stiffness of the cutter head are evaluated objectively from the angle of measurement to ensure the timely technological adjustment of the cutter head in the process of machining and assembling, thus indirectly ensuring the tunneling speed, working life and the construction quality of the whole project. It provides technical support for enterprises to form enterprise and industry standards in this work, and lays a technological foundation for refining manufacturing process requirements and improving the quality of domestic shield machine products.
