錦州市智能交通發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:隨著城市交通擁堵問題日益嚴重和科技發(fā)展,城市交通管理逐步實現(xiàn)智能化。目前我國的智能交通正處于全面發(fā)展階段,全國大中小城市紛紛發(fā)展智能交通,錦州市也面臨怎樣發(fā)展智能化交通的問題。 本文基于錦州市交通特征進行智能交通發(fā)展研究。首先對錦州市交通現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查與分析,主要包括交通基礎設施、信號燈控制交叉口、城市道路交通擁堵與交通事故、交通指揮中心現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查與分析,依據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果,分析錦州市存在的交通問題和在發(fā)展智能交通中存在的不足。其次,,進行錦州市智能交通發(fā)展建設模式研究,從國內(nèi)外智能交通發(fā)展建設模式分析入手,總結(jié)出頂層規(guī)劃式建設模式、獨立統(tǒng)一式建設模式、標準性建設模式和需求性建設模式4種建設模式,根據(jù)錦州市的智能交通發(fā)展思路,確定錦州市智能交通發(fā)展建設模式為標準性和需求性相結(jié)合的建設模式,即:以需求為導向、分布實施,在建設中統(tǒng)一標準、整合系統(tǒng)的智能交通發(fā)展建設模式。最后,對交通管理系統(tǒng)進行集成設計,從系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)組織和集成的用戶服務建設三方面進行研究:對系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)進行設計,確定系統(tǒng)的組成和系統(tǒng)的管理組織結(jié)構(gòu);對系統(tǒng)集成的最重要部分交通信息平臺和地理信息系統(tǒng)進行設計和集成,確定交通管理系統(tǒng)集成的功能和作用;針對用戶服務建設,確定建設的用戶需求和為滿足這些需求所需建設的建設項目,最后對這些需求建設項目,從優(yōu)先建設項目著手,分步實施建設。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly serious traffic congestion and the development of science and technology, the urban traffic management is gradually intelligentized. At present, the intelligent traffic in China is in the stage of comprehensive development, and the large and medium cities in China are developing intelligent transportation, and Jinzhou is also facing the problem of how to develop intelligent traffic.
Based on the traffic characteristics of Jinzhou City, this paper studies the development of intelligent transportation. Firstly, it investigates and analyzes the traffic situation in Jinzhou, including traffic infrastructure, signal light control intersection, urban road traffic congestion and traffic accidents, traffic command center status investigation and analysis. According to the survey results, it analyses the existence of Jinzhou city. Traffic problems and shortcomings in the development of intelligent transportation. Secondly, the research on the development and construction mode of intelligent transportation in Jinzhou is carried out. From the analysis of the development and construction mode of intelligent transportation at home and abroad, the top layer planning mode, the independent unified construction model, the standard construction mode and the demand construction mode are the 4 construction modes. According to the idea of intelligent transportation development in Jinzhou, the construction mode of intelligent transportation development and construction in Jinzhou is determined by the combination of standard and demand, which is: demand oriented, distributed implementation, unified standards in construction and integrated system of intelligent transportation development and construction mode. Finally, the integrated design of traffic management system is carried out from the system. Research on three aspects of structure, system organization and integrated user service construction: design the system structure, determine the composition of the system and the management organization structure of the system; design and integrate the most important part of the system integration of traffic information platform and geographic information system, and determine the function and function of the integration of traffic management system. According to the construction of user service, the needs of the construction users and the construction projects needed to meet these needs are set up. Finally, the construction projects should be carried out step by step from the priority construction projects.
