泡沫瀝青再生混凝土半柔性基層成套技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:目前,隨著大量各等級(jí)公路進(jìn)行維修養(yǎng)護(hù)和改造階段,每年約有12%的路面要大修,初步估計(jì)我國(guó)每年僅高速公路路面廢料量達(dá)220萬噸,如何對(duì)這些廢料采用再生技術(shù)進(jìn)行回收,用于路面維修、改、擴(kuò)建或新建工程中,既有利于環(huán)保,又可節(jié)約大量投資。泡沫瀝青冷再生無疑是一種較理想的技術(shù)。 本文主要針對(duì)天津地區(qū)路面回收材料采用泡沫瀝青進(jìn)行再生利用進(jìn)行了專項(xiàng)研究,主要從原材料特性分析、泡沫瀝青再生混合料的性能研究、施工工藝及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)質(zhì)量控制研究、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析幾方面進(jìn)行了相關(guān)試驗(yàn)。研究了目前較常用的幾種瀝青的發(fā)泡性能,并分析瀝青發(fā)泡性能的影響參數(shù)。通過對(duì)泡沫瀝青再生混合料的性能研究,,獲得材料的物理及力學(xué)性能指標(biāo),分析級(jí)配與上述指標(biāo)的相關(guān)關(guān)系。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工,提出合理的施工工藝和質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并對(duì)泡沫瀝青冷再生技術(shù)進(jìn)行技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析。
[Abstract]:At present, with the maintenance and renovation of a large number of highways of various grades, about 12% of the road surface needs to be overhauled every year. It is preliminarily estimated that only 2.2 million tons of highway pavement waste is produced in our country each year. How to recycle these wastes by means of recycling technology? Used in pavement maintenance, modification, expansion or new construction, it is not only beneficial to environmental protection, but also save a lot of investment. Cold regeneration of foamed asphalt is undoubtedly an ideal technology. This paper mainly focuses on the special research on the recycling of pavement recovery materials in Tianjin area by using foamed asphalt, mainly from the analysis of raw material characteristics, the performance research of foamed asphalt recycled mixture, the construction technology and the field quality control research. Related tests were carried out in several aspects of technical and economic analysis. The foaming properties of several kinds of asphalt are studied, and the influence parameters of asphalt foaming performance are analyzed. The physical and mechanical properties of the foamed asphalt recycled mixture were studied and the correlation between the gradation and the above indexes was analyzed. According to the site construction, the reasonable construction technology and quality control standard are put forward, and the technical and economic analysis of cold recycling technology of foamed asphalt is carried out.
