基于多目標(biāo)遺傳算法的散雜貨港口船舶調(diào)度系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:港口是一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)地域,是一個(gè)國家或地區(qū)的門戶、運(yùn)輸樞紐和貿(mào)易中心。以港口為樞紐的水陸交通運(yùn)輸體系在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占有極其重要的地位。船舶作業(yè)作為港口企業(yè)的核心生產(chǎn)作業(yè),是港口各類生產(chǎn)資源的調(diào)配和利用的基礎(chǔ)。因此,港口船舶調(diào)度計(jì)劃的優(yōu)劣是衡量港口企業(yè)管理水平和生產(chǎn)效率的重要指標(biāo),圍繞港口船舶調(diào)度計(jì)劃的各類優(yōu)化算法的研究也一直是學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。本文在大量閱讀和研究以往船舶調(diào)度領(lǐng)域文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上認(rèn)為,研究者都將研究的重點(diǎn)放在港口船舶調(diào)度的某個(gè)單獨(dú)目標(biāo)的優(yōu)化上,此方法可能適用于裝卸流程較為統(tǒng)一的集裝箱港口,但對于貨物種類繁多、裝卸流程復(fù)雜的散雜貨港口來說,單目標(biāo)模型并不完全適用。 本文將從分析散雜貨港口船舶調(diào)度的業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)入手,根據(jù)實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化目標(biāo)、影響因素的分析量化和模型的創(chuàng)建,結(jié)合多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化和遺傳算法各自的優(yōu)勢,對模型進(jìn)行求解,并采用J2EE技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)基于多目標(biāo)遺傳算法的船舶調(diào)度原型系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),彌補(bǔ)現(xiàn)有船舶調(diào)度優(yōu)化方法無法滿足散雜貨港口復(fù)雜現(xiàn)狀的不足,促進(jìn)并深化船舶調(diào)度方法與優(yōu)化理論的交叉與滲透,并在港口實(shí)際船舶調(diào)度工作中發(fā)揮指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Port is an economic region, is a country or region of the portal, transport hub and trade center. The water- land transportation system with port as the hub occupies an extremely important position in the national economy. As the core production operation of port enterprises, ship operation is the basis for the allocation and utilization of various production resources. Therefore, the advantages and disadvantages of the port ship scheduling plan is an important index to measure the management level and production efficiency of the port enterprises, and the research of various optimization algorithms around the port ship scheduling plan has been the focus of academic attention. On the basis of reading and studying a lot of literature in the field of ship scheduling, this paper holds that the researchers will focus on the optimization of a single target in the port ship scheduling. This method may be suitable for container ports with uniform loading and unloading process, but the single objective model is not completely applicable to bulk and general cargo ports where there are many kinds of cargo and complex loading and unloading processes. This paper will start with the analysis of the operational characteristics of the bulk cargo port ship dispatch, according to the actual business characteristics of the optimization objectives, the analysis of factors and the establishment of models, combined with the advantages of multi-objective optimization and genetic algorithm. The model is solved, and the prototype system of ship scheduling based on multi-objective genetic algorithm is developed by using J2EE technology, which makes up for the deficiency that the existing ship scheduling optimization methods can not meet the complex status of bulk cargo port. To promote and deepen the crossover and penetration of ship scheduling method and optimization theory, and to play a guiding role in the actual ship dispatch work in port.
