【摘要】：隨著西部大開發(fā)的穩(wěn)步推進,西部地區(qū)的交通建設(shè)也走上了快車道,而西部地區(qū)很多地方都是山巒溝壑較多,對公路建設(shè)的技術(shù)和資金要求更高,但由于部分公路受到地形和資金的限制,注重了公路主體工程的建設(shè),卻忽視了安全設(shè)施的投入,致使部分山區(qū)公路安全設(shè)施設(shè)置不夠規(guī)范甚至缺失。近年來,山區(qū)公路交通安全問題凸顯,重、特大交通事故時有發(fā)生,逐漸引起了各方的關(guān)注。本文旨在通過分析山區(qū)公路發(fā)生不同等級交通事故的規(guī)律,其次調(diào)查分析山區(qū)公路設(shè)置的交通安全設(shè)施之中所存在的問題。通過這種手段得出山區(qū)公路安全設(shè)施相應(yīng)的完善程度對交通安全的影響,提出了一套合理的安全設(shè)施,能高效地減少事故數(shù)量和降低事故嚴重程度,對山區(qū)道路交通安全性的改良具有重要意義。同時,針對山區(qū)公路自身特點,并結(jié)合山區(qū)公路建設(shè)過程中技術(shù)和資金的限制,提出適合山區(qū)公路各類安全設(shè)施的設(shè)置標準和相關(guān)參數(shù)。最后結(jié)合對山區(qū)公路安全設(shè)施的分析,通過對實際道路的調(diào)查和整改,驗證山區(qū)公路安全設(shè)施的優(yōu)化理論。
[Abstract]:With the steady progress of the development of the western region, the traffic construction in the western region has also taken the fast track. In many parts of the western region, there are more mountains and gullies, and the technical and financial requirements for highway construction are even higher. However, due to the limitation of terrain and funds, some of the highways pay attention to the construction of the main highway project, but neglect the input of safety facilities, resulting in some mountain highway safety facilities are not standardized or even missing. In recent years, the traffic safety problem of mountain highway is prominent, heavy, serious traffic accidents occur from time to time, and gradually aroused the attention of all parties. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the law of traffic accidents of different grades on mountain roads, and then to investigate and analyze the problems existing in the traffic safety facilities of mountain highways. Through this method, the influence of the corresponding perfection of highway safety facilities on traffic safety is obtained, and a set of reasonable safety facilities is put forward, which can efficiently reduce the number of accidents and reduce the severity of accidents. It is of great significance to improve the road traffic safety in mountain areas. At the same time, according to the characteristics of mountain highway and the limitation of technology and fund in the process of mountain highway construction, the paper puts forward the setting standards and relevant parameters suitable for all kinds of safety facilities of mountain highway. Finally, the optimization theory of highway safety facilities in mountainous areas is verified by the investigation and rectification of the actual roads based on the analysis of highway safety facilities in mountainous areas.
