多源交通信息數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量評價與控制方法研究

【摘要】:城市交通是人類生活空間重要的組成部分,與人們的出行活動息息相關(guān),對城市穩(wěn)定、可持續(xù)的發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高發(fā)揮著重要的作用。隨著國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、城市人口規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,機(jī)動車保有量的增長,路網(wǎng)規(guī)模已難以滿足日益增長的交通需求,交通擁堵的現(xiàn)象越發(fā)嚴(yán)重。為提高現(xiàn)有路網(wǎng)的利用效率,當(dāng)前全國很多大城市紛紛啟動建設(shè)智能交通綜合信息平臺,實(shí)時反映道路交通流的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)、準(zhǔn)確的為出行者和交通管理者提供出行參考和決策支持。智能交通綜合信息平臺有效發(fā)揮其應(yīng)用功能的前提條件是擁有高質(zhì)量的路網(wǎng)交通信息數(shù)據(jù)。然而,在實(shí)際交通信息采集過程中,由于種種檢測系統(tǒng)故障因素的影響,往往獲取的交通信息數(shù)據(jù)存在質(zhì)量問題,其呈現(xiàn)的交通流運(yùn)行狀況與實(shí)際的路網(wǎng)交通流運(yùn)行狀況出現(xiàn)偏差或不符合交通流運(yùn)行的長期趨勢性,繼而導(dǎo)致交通狀態(tài)的誤判。因此,在交通信息數(shù)據(jù)輸入數(shù)據(jù)庫之前,對不同交通信息采集方式獲取的原始數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評價與控制,對智能交通信息平臺功能的發(fā)揮具有重要的意義。 本文針對以上問題,依托國家高技術(shù)研究發(fā)展計(jì)劃(863計(jì)劃)子課題“多源多維城市交通狀態(tài)感知與交互處理”,通過分析當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外有關(guān)研究交通信息數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量的評價與控制方法上存在的問題,結(jié)合智能交通綜合信息平臺對交通數(shù)據(jù)的應(yīng)用需求,進(jìn)一步研究了多源交通數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量的評價與控制方法。具體研究內(nèi)容如下: 首先,以依托項(xiàng)目和選題背景為基礎(chǔ),,通過分析數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量評價領(lǐng)域的研究成果及歸納總結(jié)交通數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量評價與控制方法的研究現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文的研究對象、目的及意義,確定了論文的研究內(nèi)容與章節(jié)安排。其次,從時間序列的角度剖析交通流運(yùn)行信息數(shù)據(jù)呈現(xiàn)的三種分布特性,繼而界定交通信息數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量的定義,同時基于多種數(shù)據(jù)源,借鑒國內(nèi)外數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量評價與控制方面研究的框架理論,設(shè)計(jì)了一套涵蓋全面的交通信息數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量評價與控制體系,其中包括體系的基本原理、整體架構(gòu)以及運(yùn)用決策學(xué)中主客觀相結(jié)合的層次分析法(AHP)的思想和以歷史數(shù)據(jù)的評價期望值為基準(zhǔn)計(jì)算評價結(jié)果的方法構(gòu)造體系的關(guān)鍵部分。然后,通過分別深入分析感應(yīng)線圈和車載GPS檢測數(shù)據(jù)的質(zhì)量影響因素及有質(zhì)量問題數(shù)據(jù)的表現(xiàn)特征,制定了反映各自數(shù)據(jù)源的數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量評價指標(biāo)并選擇了相應(yīng)的評價與控制方法,選用城市路網(wǎng)中這兩種檢測系統(tǒng)獲取的交通數(shù)據(jù)對質(zhì)量評價與控制的方法和體系進(jìn)行了有效的實(shí)例驗(yàn)證。最后,總結(jié)了全文研究成果,并分析存在的不足及進(jìn)一步的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Urban traffic is an important part of human living space, which is closely related to people's travel activities, and plays an important role in the stability of the city, sustainable development and the improvement of people's living standard. With the development of national economy, the expansion of urban population and the increase of the number of motor vehicles, the scale of road network has been unable to meet the increasing traffic demand, and the phenomenon of traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious. In order to improve the utilization efficiency of the existing road network, many large cities in China have started the construction of the Intelligent Transportation Integrated Information platform, which can reflect the running state of the road traffic flow in real time. Provide accurate travel reference and decision support for travelers and traffic managers. The precondition of intelligent transportation integrated information platform is to have high quality traffic information data. However, in the actual traffic information collection process, due to the impact of various detection system fault factors, the traffic information data often have quality problems. The traffic flow running condition is deviated from the actual road network traffic flow running condition or does not accord with the long-term trend of the traffic flow operation, which leads to the misjudgment of the traffic state. Therefore, before the traffic information data is input into the database, it is of great significance to evaluate and control the quality of the original data obtained by different traffic information collection methods, which is of great significance to the development of the function of the intelligent transportation information platform. In view of the above problems, this paper relies on the National High Technology Research and Development Program (NRDP) subproject "Multi-source and multidimensional urban traffic state perception and interactive processing". Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the evaluation and control methods of traffic information data quality at home and abroad, combined with the application requirements of intelligent transportation integrated information platform to traffic data, The evaluation and control methods of multi-source traffic data quality are further studied. The specific contents of the study are as follows: First of all, based on the project and the background of the topic, by analyzing the research results in the field of data quality evaluation and summarizing the current research situation of traffic data quality evaluation and control methods, the research object, purpose and significance of the paper are clarified. The research content and chapter arrangement are determined. Secondly, from the point of view of time series, this paper analyzes the three distribution characteristics of traffic flow information data, and then defines the quality of traffic information data, at the same time, it is based on a variety of data sources. Based on the frame theory of data quality evaluation and control research at home and abroad, a comprehensive evaluation and control system of traffic information data quality is designed, including the basic principles of the system. The whole structure and the key part of the system are constructed by using the thought of AHP which combines subjective and objective in decision science and the method of calculating the evaluation result based on the expected value of historical data. Then, through the in-depth analysis of the induction coil and the on-board GPS detection data quality factors and the performance characteristics of the quality problem data, The evaluation index of data quality reflecting their respective data sources is established and the corresponding evaluation and control methods are selected. The method and system of quality evaluation and control are validated by using the traffic data obtained from these two detection systems in urban road network. Finally, the paper summarizes the research results, and analyzes the shortcomings and further research direction.
