集裝箱雙重運(yùn)輸管理系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:集裝箱運(yùn)輸可以加快運(yùn)輸速度,降低經(jīng)營成本,但是,由于貿(mào)易的不平衡,導(dǎo)致在港口與客戶工廠或倉庫之間有很多的空集裝箱運(yùn)輸。集裝箱一般是運(yùn)輸國際貿(mào)易的貨物,幾乎沒有人研究用空集裝箱運(yùn)輸起點(diǎn)或終點(diǎn)在港口附近的貨物,其實(shí)空集裝箱順帶這種散貨的雙重運(yùn)輸有很高的利潤,但由于數(shù)量較少,沒有形成商業(yè)模式,主要原因是目前只考慮了數(shù)量很少的順路情況,而非常普遍的繞路情況很復(fù)雜,很難去判斷繞路的情況是否有利潤,目前還沒有一個有效的方法如何去優(yōu)化繞路情況下的路徑、如何定量地去計(jì)算利潤和性價比等。本文對集裝箱雙重運(yùn)輸進(jìn)行問題的描述和對集裝箱雙重運(yùn)輸進(jìn)行市場分析,建立了集裝箱雙重運(yùn)輸?shù)臄?shù)學(xué)模型,并用遺傳算法進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,首次建立了空集裝箱用于散貨運(yùn)輸?shù)穆窂絻?yōu)化模型和經(jīng)濟(jì)分析方法。 在與中遠(yuǎn)物流合作開發(fā)集裝箱運(yùn)輸管理平臺的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了目前集裝箱運(yùn)輸管理平臺的不足之處,,這個平臺僅僅是代替了部分繁雜的人工操作,但是沒有對集裝箱的運(yùn)輸進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,不能產(chǎn)和利潤,其次,這個平臺只開發(fā)了傳統(tǒng)的集裝箱運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù),并沒有設(shè)計(jì)集裝箱的雙重運(yùn)輸,而雙重運(yùn)輸才真正能使企業(yè)產(chǎn)生利潤。利用集裝箱運(yùn)輸管理平臺的總體結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì)了集裝箱雙重運(yùn)輸管理系統(tǒng)主要功能模塊,包括散貨訂單模塊和最核心的雙重調(diào)度模塊,對系統(tǒng)本質(zhì)的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)并予以實(shí)現(xiàn)。 在最后的集裝箱雙重運(yùn)輸應(yīng)用中,為了提高結(jié)論的可靠性,全部用真實(shí)的數(shù)據(jù),包括從車載全球定位系統(tǒng)(GPS)獲取空集箱與散貨的起點(diǎn)、終點(diǎn)與時間,從業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)獲取客戶運(yùn)價、油耗、過路費(fèi)等。從優(yōu)化后的結(jié)果,得出空集裝箱帶貨的雙重運(yùn)輸可以通過運(yùn)輸繞路的散貨進(jìn)行規(guī)模化,并且可以計(jì)算出每個散貨的性價比,由性價比判斷散貨是否有利潤。
[Abstract]:Container transportation can speed up the transportation speed and reduce the operating cost. However, due to the imbalance of trade, there is a lot of empty container transportation between port and customer factory or warehouse. Containers are generally used to transport goods in international trade. Almost no one has studied using empty containers to transport goods near ports at the beginning or end point. In fact, the double transport of such bulk cargo by empty containers has a high profit, but because of the small quantity, The main reason for not forming a business model is that only a small number of routing situations are currently considered, while very common bypass situations are so complex that it is difficult to determine whether there is a profit in the case of a detour. At present, there is no effective method how to optimize the path of bypass, how to calculate the profit and the ratio of performance to price quantitatively and so on. This paper describes the problem of container dual transportation and analyzes the market of container dual transportation, establishes the mathematical model of container dual transportation, and optimizes it with genetic algorithm. The route optimization model and economic analysis method of empty container for bulk transportation are established for the first time. On the basis of developing container transportation management platform in cooperation with COSCO Logistics, this paper discusses the shortcomings of the current container transportation management platform, which only replaces some complicated manual operations. But without the optimization of container transportation, it can not produce and profit. Secondly, this platform only develops the traditional container transport business, and does not design the double transport of containers, which can really make the enterprise profit. Based on the overall structure of container transportation management platform, the main function modules of container dual transportation management system are designed, including bulk order module and most core dual dispatch module. The essential business process of the system is designed and implemented in detail. In the final application of dual container transportation, in order to improve the reliability of the conclusion, all the real data, including the starting point, the end point and the time of the empty header and bulk cargo from the vehicle Global Positioning system (GPS), are used to obtain the customer freight rate from the business data. Fuel consumption, tolls, etc From the results of optimization, it is concluded that the double transport of empty container with cargo can be carried out on a large scale by carrying around bulk goods, and the performance-price ratio of each bulk cargo can be calculated, and the profit of bulk goods can be judged by the ratio of performance to price.
