聚合物復(fù)合添加劑形態(tài)參數(shù)對瀝青混合料拌和工藝及技術(shù)性能的影響

【摘要】:采用干法拌和工藝拌和3種聚合物復(fù)合混合料,通過IPP圖像處理軟件,選擇面積變化、外切橢圓長短比、最大半徑、最小半徑、半徑比等5項(xiàng)指標(biāo),研究3種聚合物復(fù)合添加劑與熱集料作用前后的不同形態(tài)變化。對比分析了在120~180℃下拌和180 s時(shí),基質(zhì)瀝青混合料、SBS改性瀝青混合料及添加A,B,C 3種不同聚合物復(fù)合添加劑瀝青混合料的和易性,建立了聚合物復(fù)合添加劑熔融指數(shù)及形變參數(shù)與瀝青混合料技術(shù)性能的相關(guān)性。研究表明:聚合物復(fù)合添加劑的熔融指數(shù)對其形變參數(shù)有重要影響,瀝青混合料路用性能的改性效果與二者密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Three kinds of polymer composite mixture were mixed by dry mixing process. By IPP image processing software, five indexes, such as area change, circumscribed ellipse length ratio, maximum radius, minimum radius and radius ratio, were selected. The morphological changes of three kinds of polymer composite additives and thermal aggregates before and after the action were studied. The compatibility of asphalt mixture modified with SBS and three kinds of different polymer additives were compared and analyzed when mixing at 120 鈩,
