合同能源管理在山區(qū)高速公路系統(tǒng)節(jié)能中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:我國高速公路的建設(shè)日新月異,在低碳經(jīng)濟和交通運輸業(yè)發(fā)展的新時代,高速公路的節(jié)能問題成為了交通行業(yè)關(guān)注的焦點。對于山區(qū)高速公路,能源問題突出,環(huán)境惡劣,能源顯得尤為重要,節(jié)能工作亟待開展。憑借單一的節(jié)能技術(shù),很難解決能源供需矛盾的問題。在山區(qū)高速公路系統(tǒng)中做到降低能耗,提升資源利用的效率,重點是利用系統(tǒng)管理的方法,加快節(jié)能措施的施行。本文正是在這個大環(huán)境下開展研究的。本文的主要成果包括:①從系統(tǒng)的角度對山區(qū)高速公路能耗進行了分類,分析了山區(qū)高速公路節(jié)能的影響因素。②在考慮能源管理的特點的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對相關(guān)行業(yè)能源管理經(jīng)驗的參考,提出了山區(qū)高速公路能源管理的概念,并將其劃分為三個階段。③對山區(qū)高速公路能源管理中的合同能源管理投資的流程進行了討論,分析了常見的運作模式的特征,提出了目前山區(qū)高速公路合同能源管理的運作方式選擇的建議。④以山區(qū)高速公路系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能績效評價意義、依據(jù)和流程為基礎(chǔ),提出了各方面的評價指標(biāo)。從各方面分析常見的評價方法,構(gòu)建針對山區(qū)高速公路系統(tǒng)雅節(jié)能效果評價體系,建立了多等級綜合評價模型,對山區(qū)高速公路系統(tǒng)節(jié)能效果進行評價。通過實例計算,該模型具有一定的科學(xué)性、準(zhǔn)確性和高效性,存在理論和應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:In the new era of low-carbon economy and transportation industry, energy saving of expressway becomes the focus of transportation industry. For mountain highway, energy problem is prominent, environment is bad, energy is especially important, energy saving work needs to be carried out urgently. With a single energy-saving technology, it is difficult to solve the problem of energy supply and demand contradiction. In order to reduce energy consumption and improve the efficiency of resource utilization in mountain highway system, the emphasis is to use the method of system management to speed up the implementation of energy-saving measures. This paper is in this environment to carry out the research. The main achievements of this paper include the classification of energy consumption of mountain freeway from the point of view of system, and the analysis of the influencing factors of energy saving of mountain expressway based on the consideration of the characteristics of energy management. Based on the experience of energy management in related industries, this paper puts forward the concept of energy management of mountain expressway, and divides it into three stages. 3. The process of contract energy management investment in energy management of mountain highway is discussed. This paper analyzes the characteristics of common operation modes, and puts forward the suggestion of selecting the operating mode of contract energy management of mountain expressway at present based on the evaluation significance, basis and process of energy-saving performance of mountain highway system. The evaluation indexes of all aspects are put forward. This paper analyzes the common evaluation methods from various aspects, constructs the evaluation system for the elegant energy-saving effect of the mountainous expressway system, and establishes a multi-grade comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the energy-saving effect of the mountainous expressway system. The model is scientific, accurate and efficient, and has theoretical and practical value.
