【摘要】:隨著城市交通部門成為全社會碳排放量以及能源消耗的大戶之一,引發(fā)了城市交通節(jié)能減排的理念。作為骨干交通系統(tǒng)模式的軌道交通憑借大容量、能耗低、效率高、無污染、占地面積少、噪音低的低碳特征受到越來越多大城市的矚目。然而由于軌道交通的可達性,站間距較大,需要其他交通方式與其相接駁銜接來保障客流的集散。自行車交通以其自身的靈活、清潔環(huán)保、健身特性作為軌道交通的拓展和延伸,重新回歸公眾視野。本文就自行車與城市軌道交通二者的協(xié)調(diào)接駁進行研究。 首先由自行車與軌道交通的低碳特征結(jié)合交通資源共享、改善交通環(huán)境及提升運輸效率等方面論述了自行車與軌道交通換乘的必要性,進而以其適用群體、適用距離、便捷性、經(jīng)濟性及時間價值方面論述了自行車與軌道交通換乘的可行性。針對換乘站自行車停車場的建設(shè),提出了以軌道站點進出站量為基礎(chǔ)的自行車換乘需求預(yù)測公式,分析了自行車停車場選址的基本原則,按自行車停車場的形式探討了各個形式的適用情況,并提出了有助于增加換乘的配套服務(wù)設(shè)施及相應(yīng)管理措施。針對現(xiàn)狀自行車行駛環(huán)境結(jié)合自行車道網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)對換乘站周邊的路段、交叉口的自行車道路環(huán)境進行改善設(shè)計,為自行車換乘營造良好的騎行環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:With the urban transportation sector becoming one of the largest consumers of carbon emissions and energy consumption in the whole society, the concept of energy saving and emission reduction in urban transportation has been initiated. As a backbone transportation system, rail transit with large capacity, low energy consumption, high efficiency, no pollution, less area, low noise and low carbon characteristics has attracted more and more attention of large cities. However, due to the reachability of rail transit and the large distance between stations, it is necessary to connect other traffic modes to ensure the distribution of passenger flow. Bicycle traffic with its own flexibility, clean and environmental protection, fitness characteristics as rail transit expansion and extension, return to public view. In this paper, the coordinated connection between bicycle and urban rail transit is studied. Firstly, the paper discusses the necessity of bicycle and rail transit transfer from the aspects of low carbon characteristics of bicycle and rail transit combined with traffic resource sharing, improving traffic environment and improving transportation efficiency, and then discusses the necessity of bicycle and rail transit transfer by its applicable group, applicable distance and convenience. The feasibility of bicycle and rail transit transfer is discussed in terms of economy and time value. In view of the construction of bicycle parking lot of transfer station, this paper puts forward the forecast formula of bicycle transfer demand based on the quantity of entering and leaving station of rail station, and analyzes the basic principle of bicycle parking lot location. According to the form of bicycle parking lot, this paper discusses the application of each form, and puts forward the supporting service facilities and corresponding management measures which are helpful to increase the transfer rate. In view of the current situation of bicycle driving environment combined with the network structure of bicycle lane, the bicycle road environment around the transfer station and intersection is improved and designed to create a good cycling environment for bicycle transfer.
