碼頭護(hù)岸邊坡穩(wěn)定分析方法探討及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:碼頭岸坡穩(wěn)定是邊坡穩(wěn)定工程的分支之一,樁基是高樁碼頭的基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu),具有承上啟下的作用,和碼頭岸坡同是高樁碼頭的主體結(jié)構(gòu)之一,這兩者往往都是共同存在的。接岸結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定驗(yàn)算是碼頭結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算中必不可少的一個(gè)分項(xiàng),特別是在高樁碼頭結(jié)構(gòu)型式中,其關(guān)系到整個(gè)碼頭結(jié)構(gòu)的安全。在很多實(shí)際工程設(shè)計(jì)研究中,由于技術(shù)人員的個(gè)人經(jīng)驗(yàn)或者工程外界的各種因素原因,往往讓技術(shù)人員忽視了碼頭岸坡的水平位移對(duì)樁基產(chǎn)生的影響。 本文先介紹碼頭岸坡的相關(guān)理論知識(shí),,闡述碼頭岸坡穩(wěn)定與樁基的相關(guān)理論,并舉例分析前人的研究成果,再分析被動(dòng)樁的相關(guān)理論及其計(jì)算方法。接著結(jié)合工程實(shí)例,對(duì)在碼頭接岸結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定驗(yàn)算中,存在局部荷載較大的情況下時(shí),采用國(guó)內(nèi)專業(yè)化軟件,結(jié)合相關(guān)工程技術(shù)規(guī)范,采用規(guī)范推薦的簡(jiǎn)單條分法進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析。然后考慮土坡的側(cè)面摩阻作用,再對(duì)其抗力分項(xiàng)系數(shù)結(jié)果進(jìn)行修正,從而得出該工程接岸結(jié)構(gòu)的處理方法可行,可供類似工程參考。 接著采用國(guó)際通用有限元軟件邁達(dá)斯(MADIS)對(duì)碼頭岸坡的位移進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,分析三種不同工況條件下的水平位移,而后把水平位移作用于樁基上,采用樁墻原理計(jì)算其樁基受力,得知岸坡的荷載作用值與樁基承受的彎矩和剪力不成線性比例,不能簡(jiǎn)單的以理論的相對(duì)值來(lái)判斷其值增減。同時(shí)采用有限元折減方法對(duì)碼頭岸坡進(jìn)行試算分析,得到折減系數(shù),在折減系數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)不同的工況條件下計(jì)算分析碼頭岸坡的水平位移,同樣把水平位移施加于碼頭樁基上,計(jì)算分析其樁基的受力情況,而后把其受力反作用施加于碼頭岸坡,計(jì)算出各種不同工況條件下的水平位移,對(duì)比樁基受力前后的水平位移值,從而得出在高樁碼頭岸坡中,樁基的存在對(duì)碼頭岸坡的穩(wěn)定具有一定的阻滑作用,但影響較微,可忽略不計(jì),可以把樁基的微小阻滑作用當(dāng)做碼頭岸坡穩(wěn)定的安全富裕量。采用水平位移的方法分析樁土間的相互作用,該方法是可行的,可為類似工程提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Bank slope stability of wharf is one of the branches of slope stability engineering, pile foundation is the foundation structure of high pile wharf, it has the function of connecting from the top to the next, and the bank slope of the wharf is one of the main structures of the high pile wharf, both of which often exist together. The stability checking calculation of the connection structure is an essential part in the calculation of the wharf structure, especially in the structure type of the high pile wharf, which is related to the safety of the whole wharf structure. In many practical engineering design studies, due to the personal experience of technicians or various factors outside the engineering, technicians often ignore the influence of horizontal displacement of wharf slope on pile foundation. This paper first introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of wharf bank slope, expounds the related theory of wharf bank slope stability and pile foundation, and then analyzes the related theory of passive pile and its calculation method. Then combined with engineering examples, in the case of the stability check calculation of the wharf connection structure, when there is a large local load, the domestic specialized software is adopted, combined with the relevant engineering technical specifications. A simple slice method recommended by the standard is used for calculation and analysis. Then considering the side friction of the soil slope and modifying the results of the resistance sub-coefficient, it is concluded that the treatment method of the interfacing structure of the project is feasible and can be used as a reference for similar projects. Then the displacement of wharf bank slope is calculated and analyzed by the international general finite element software Midas and Madis, and the horizontal displacement under three different working conditions is analyzed. Then, the horizontal displacement is applied to the pile foundation, and the pile foundation force is calculated by using the pile-wall principle. It is known that the load action value of the bank slope is not linear with the bending moment and shear force of the pile foundation, and it can not be judged simply by the relative value of the theory. At the same time, the finite element reduction method is used to analyze the wharf bank slope, and the reduction coefficient is obtained. On the basis of the reduction coefficient, the horizontal displacement of the wharf bank slope is calculated and analyzed according to different working conditions. At the same time, the horizontal displacement is applied to the pile foundation of the wharf, the stress of the pile foundation is calculated and analyzed, and then the counteraction of the force is applied to the bank slope of the wharf, and the horizontal displacement under various working conditions is calculated. By comparing the horizontal displacement of pile foundation before and after loading, it is concluded that the existence of pile foundation has a certain anti-slip effect on the stability of wharf bank slope, but the influence is small and can be ignored. The small anti-slip effect of pile foundation can be regarded as a stable and safe abundance of wharf bank slope. The method of horizontal displacement is used to analyze the interaction between pile and soil. This method is feasible and can be used for reference in similar projects.
