石灰?guī)r礦物與化學(xué)組成及其在瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:由于沉積地區(qū)、形成原因和條件、所含礦物成分等差異,造成地殼中存在眾多類(lèi)別的石灰?guī)r。根據(jù)礦物化學(xué)成分的不同,石灰?guī)r可分為白云質(zhì)石灰?guī)r、硅質(zhì)石灰?guī)r、粘土質(zhì)石灰?guī)r等。不同種類(lèi)的石灰?guī)r,其集料的強(qiáng)度、壓碎值、磨耗值、磨光值等技術(shù)特性也是不相同的。集料是路面結(jié)構(gòu)層主要和重要的原材料,各結(jié)構(gòu)層對(duì)集料技術(shù)特性的要求是不同的,本文依托于《石灰?guī)r在云南省高速公路瀝青路面抗滑表層中的應(yīng)用研究》項(xiàng)目,重點(diǎn)分析石灰?guī)r礦物組成、化學(xué)成分與其集料技術(shù)特性的關(guān)系,研究不同巖性石灰?guī)r的集料在瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)層中的適用性。 本文選取云南省龍瑞高速公路沿線8個(gè)石料場(chǎng)的石灰?guī)r進(jìn)行研究。采用X-射線衍射儀、光譜分析儀、激光粒度儀等儀器對(duì)8個(gè)石料場(chǎng)的石料進(jìn)行礦物組成、化學(xué)組成、集料的顆粒形態(tài)等檢測(cè)分析。測(cè)試不同集料的表觀相對(duì)密度、吸水率、壓碎值、磨耗值、磨光值、抗壓強(qiáng)度、堅(jiān)固性和粘附性等技術(shù)指標(biāo),借助灰色關(guān)聯(lián)理論分析方法和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析軟件分析計(jì)算石灰?guī)r礦物組成與其集料的技術(shù)特性的關(guān)聯(lián)度。結(jié)果表明:8個(gè)石料場(chǎng)的石灰?guī)r集料具有不同的物理、力學(xué)性質(zhì),而這些性質(zhì)都與石灰?guī)r集料的礦物和化學(xué)組成有關(guān)。其中石灰?guī)r礦物組成中方解石與其集料的技術(shù)特性關(guān)聯(lián)度最大,即礦物組成中方解石的含量很大程度上決定了石灰?guī)r集料的物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果和瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)層的選材要求,進(jìn)一步分析了不同技術(shù)特性的石灰?guī)r在路面結(jié)構(gòu)層中的適用性。并選取十五標(biāo)和恩和石料場(chǎng)進(jìn)行瀝青路面抗滑表層路用性能的測(cè)試,通過(guò)高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫穩(wěn)定性、水穩(wěn)定性和抗滑耐磨試驗(yàn),表明十五標(biāo)石料場(chǎng)可用于高速公路瀝青路面的抗滑表層中。 文章從石灰?guī)r的礦物組成、化學(xué)成分角度分析不同集料的技術(shù)特性,并提出其在瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)中的適用性,研究成果對(duì)今后瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)選材方法以及石料微觀特性分析都有一定的理論意義和實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:There are many kinds of limestone in the crust because of the difference of the sedimentary area, the formation reason and the condition, the mineral composition and so on. According to the mineral chemical composition, limestone can be divided into dolomitic limestone, siliceous limestone, clay limestone and so on. Different kinds of limestone have different technical properties such as aggregate strength, crushing value, wear value, polishing value and so on. Aggregate is the main and important raw material of pavement structure layer, and the requirements of each structural layer on the technical characteristics of aggregate are different. This paper relies on the project "Application Research of Limestone in the Anti-skid Surface of Asphalt pavement of Yunnan Expressway". The relationship between mineral composition, chemical composition and technical characteristics of limestone is analyzed, and the applicability of aggregate of different lithologic limestone in asphalt pavement structure layer is studied. In this paper, the limestone of 8 stone quarries along Long Rui Expressway in Yunnan Province is studied. The mineral composition, chemical composition and particle morphology of the aggregate in 8 stone fields were analyzed by means of X-ray diffractometer, spectrometer and laser particle size analyzer. The apparent relative density, water absorption, crushing value, wear value, polishing value, compressive strength, firmness and adhesion of different aggregates were measured. The correlation degree between the mineral composition of limestone and the technical characteristics of its aggregate is calculated by means of the grey correlation theory analysis method and the grey correlation analysis software. The results show that the limestone aggregates in the eight sites have different physical and mechanical properties which are related to the mineral and chemical composition of the limestone aggregates. The correlation between calcite and its aggregates is the largest among them, that is, the content of calcite in the mineral composition determines the physical and mechanical properties of limestone aggregates to a great extent. According to the analysis results and the requirements of asphalt pavement structure layer selection, the applicability of limestone with different technical characteristics in pavement structure layer is further analyzed. And select 15 standard and en he stone field to test the performance of asphalt pavement anti-skid surface, through high temperature stability, low temperature stability, water stability and anti-slide wear resistance test, The results show that the 15-year standard stone field can be used in the anti-skid surface of highway asphalt pavement. This paper analyzes the technical characteristics of different aggregates from the point of view of mineral composition and chemical composition of limestone, and puts forward its applicability in asphalt pavement structure. The research results have certain theoretical significance and practical value for the selection method of asphalt pavement structure and the analysis of the microscopic characteristics of stone.
