基于PSO-BP優(yōu)化算法的圍巖參數(shù)智能反分析研究

【摘要】::如何通過比較簡單的方法獲得準確的隧道圍巖力學(xué)參數(shù),是近代隧道科技工作者和工程技術(shù)人員在積極研究的課題。反分析法是確定隧道圍巖力學(xué)參數(shù)比較好的方法之一。本文結(jié)合五道梁隧道項目,提出了BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和PSO優(yōu)化算法相結(jié)合的混合算法,在ASP.NET平臺上開發(fā)了隧道圍巖參數(shù)智能反分析系統(tǒng),并在實際工程中得到了應(yīng)用。本文的具體工作內(nèi)容包括以下三個方面: (1)介紹了BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和粒子群(PSO)優(yōu)化算法的基本理論,利用PSO算法的全局尋優(yōu)能力對BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的權(quán)值和閾值進行了優(yōu)化,并在MATLAB上利用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)工具箱函數(shù)編程實現(xiàn),最后利用常用的測試函數(shù)對PSO算法的尋優(yōu)能力進行了測試; (2)在微軟的ASP.NET平臺上利用.NET與MATLAB混合編程理論開發(fā)了基于Web方式的隧道圍巖參數(shù)智能反分析系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了項目管理、監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的錄入、回歸分析、參數(shù)反演等功能,系統(tǒng)界面良好、操作簡便,能夠?qū)鷰r參數(shù)的反分析起到推廣作用; (3)結(jié)合五道梁隧道現(xiàn)場情況,并利用正交試驗設(shè)計和均勻試驗設(shè)計構(gòu)造了神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的學(xué)習(xí)和測試樣本,利用隧道圍巖參數(shù)智能反分析系統(tǒng)對五道梁隧道DK236+650斷面進行了參數(shù)反演計算,并對計算結(jié)果進行了分析。最后,將反演出的圍巖參數(shù)代入FLAC3D正分析程序進行了隧道開挖的位移計算,并將計算結(jié)果與實測結(jié)果進行了對比分析。
[Abstract]:How to obtain accurate mechanical parameters of tunnel surrounding rock by relatively simple method is an active research topic for modern tunnel science and technology workers and engineers. Inverse analysis is one of the better methods to determine the mechanical parameters of tunnel surrounding rock. In this paper, a hybrid algorithm based on BP neural network and PSO optimization algorithm is proposed, and an intelligent back analysis system for surrounding rock parameters of tunnel is developed on ASP.NET platform, which is applied in practical engineering. The specific work of this paper includes the following three aspects: In this paper, the basic theory of BP neural network and particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced. The weight and threshold of BP neural network are optimized by using the global optimization ability of PSO algorithm, and realized by using neural network toolbox function on MATLAB. Finally, the optimization ability of PSO algorithm is tested by using common test functions. Based on the mixed programming theory of .NET and MATLAB, an intelligent back-analysis system of tunnel surrounding rock parameters based on Web is developed on Microsoft's ASP.NET platform. The functions of project management, monitoring data input, regression analysis, parameter inversion and so on are realized, such as project management, monitoring data input, regression analysis, parameter inversion and so on. The system has good interface and easy operation, which can popularize the back analysis of surrounding rock parameters. (3) considering the field situation of Wudaoliang tunnel and using orthogonal experimental design and uniform experimental design, the learning and testing samples of neural network are constructed. The parameter inversion calculation of DK236 650 section of Wudaoliang tunnel is carried out by using the intelligent back analysis system of surrounding rock parameters of tunnel, and the calculation results are analyzed. Finally, the displacement calculation of tunnel excavation is carried out by adding the parameters of surrounding rock back to the FLAC3D program, and the calculated results are compared with the measured results.
