利用印尼布敦巖瀝青制備改性瀝青

【摘要】:目的研究配料比、表面活性劑及反應(yīng)時(shí)間、溫度等因素對(duì)油分回收率的影響;測(cè)試改性瀝青的結(jié)構(gòu),針入度、軟化點(diǎn)及延度;分析SBS改性瀝青、硅藻土改性瀝青結(jié)構(gòu).方法以減壓渣油作溶劑,提取印尼布敦巖瀝青中油分;用提取的巖瀝青油分制備改性瀝青,通過(guò)紅外光譜圖、掃描電鏡照片分析其結(jié)構(gòu).結(jié)果當(dāng)布敦巖瀝青與減壓渣油的配料質(zhì)量比為1∶1.5,表面活性劑w=0.5%,反應(yīng)時(shí)間2 h,反應(yīng)溫度140℃時(shí),油分回收率可高達(dá)90.1%;隨改性劑SBS摻量的增大,改性瀝青的針入度降低,軟化點(diǎn)升高,延度有所改善;隨硅藻土摻量的增大,改性瀝青針入度大大降低,軟化點(diǎn)升高,延度降低.當(dāng)SBS摻量為1%~2%時(shí),SBS改性瀝青各項(xiàng)性能得到明顯改善;當(dāng)硅藻土摻量為12%~15%時(shí),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果最佳.結(jié)論利用減壓渣油提取布敦巖瀝青中的油分,經(jīng)過(guò)濾得到的渣油與油分的混合物,無(wú)需再做分離處理,即可進(jìn)行改性實(shí)驗(yàn).與常規(guī)方法相比,不僅提高了回收率,而且降低了生產(chǎn)成本;利用布敦巖瀝青油分制備改性瀝青,不但拓展了改性瀝青的研制方法,而且提高了布敦巖瀝青的使用價(jià)值..
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effects of proportioning ratio, surfactant, reaction time and temperature on the recovery of oil; to test the structure, penetration, softening point and ductility of modified asphalt; to analyze the structure of SBS modified asphalt and diatomite modified asphalt. Methods using vacuum residuum as solvent, oil content in Indonesia Budun rock asphalt was extracted, modified asphalt was prepared from extracted rock bitumen oil, and its structure was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope (SEM).
