【摘要】：然而，對于大多數(shù)旅游者來說，“游覽”才是真正的目的，但“旅行”卻是必須存在的，這就造成了旅游交通在一定程度上存在著主觀的不必要性和客觀的必要性之間的矛盾。除此之外，旅游交通業(yè)存在的最關(guān)鍵的問題在于旅行社與交通企業(yè)之間互不合作。即使旅游交通業(yè)對旅游業(yè)的貢獻(xiàn)巨大，但若沒有強(qiáng)大的組織者和規(guī)劃者，旅游者的出行將變得十分困難，旅行社正是為緩解這種矛盾而存在，其在旅游者與交通企業(yè)之間起到紐帶作用。但事實(shí)上，旅行社與運(yùn)輸企業(yè)分離的現(xiàn)象在我國普遍存在，這種模式雖然在實(shí)際運(yùn)行中看似順暢，但卻極大地浪費(fèi)了運(yùn)輸資源，且旅游者的乘車安全得不到保障。為解決旅游交通發(fā)展中存在的弊端，，通過優(yōu)化交通資源的合理化配置來促進(jìn)旅游業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，亟需對我國旅游交通的交通組織模式及發(fā)展策略進(jìn)行深入、系統(tǒng)的研究。 本文正是為嘗試提出解決旅游交通發(fā)展過程中存在的以上問題而展開探討的，據(jù)此提出我國應(yīng)逐步開展以景點(diǎn)游覽為主，以體驗(yàn)交通為輔的旅游形式。逐步發(fā)展以交通為主要消費(fèi)對象的旅游活動(dòng)，為現(xiàn)代人提供一次全面深入了解現(xiàn)代交通的體驗(yàn)，有助于民眾改變對交通方式出行的枯燥、單一的感受，具有良好的發(fā)展空間。并認(rèn)為我國旅游交通未來的發(fā)展重點(diǎn)應(yīng)該放在對旅游集散中心的建設(shè)及對交通旅游的支持發(fā)展上，并對集散中心的經(jīng)營主體、服務(wù)范圍及主要功能加以論述，最后通過對黃山市徽州區(qū)旅游集散中心的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)，為全國各省市旅游集散中心的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:However, for most tourists, "sightseeing" is the real purpose, but "travel" must exist, which leads to the contradiction between the subjective unnecessity and the objective necessity of tourism traffic. In addition, the most important problem in the tourism trade is the travel agency and the exchange. Although the travel industry does not cooperate with each other. Even if the tourism industry has a great contribution to the tourism industry, it will become very difficult for tourists to travel without a strong organizer and planner. Travel agencies exist to alleviate this contradiction and play a link between the tourists and the transportation enterprises. In fact, travel agencies and transportation enterprises are in fact. The phenomenon of separation is common in our country. Although this model seems smooth in the actual operation, it is a great waste of transportation resources, and the safety of tourists is not guaranteed. In order to solve the disadvantages of tourism traffic development, it is urgent to promote the rapid development of tourism by optimizing the allocation of traffic resources. The traffic organization mode and development strategy of tourism traffic in China are studied deeply and systematically.
In order to try to solve the above problems in the process of tourism transportation development, this paper puts forward that China should gradually develop tourist forms with tourist attractions as the main part and experience traffic as a supplement, and gradually develop tourism activities with traffic as the main consumption object, and provide a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of modern people. The experience of traffic helps the people to change the boring, single feeling and good development space for the traffic mode. The future development of China's tourism traffic should be focused on the construction of the tourism center and the support for the traffic and tourism, and the main business, the service scope and the main work of the distribution center. Finally, through the planning and design of the tourism distributing center in Huizhou District of Huangshan City, we can provide reference for the planning and design of the tourist centers in various provinces and cities of China.
