【摘要】：隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，城市交通運(yùn)輸需求不斷增加，城市交通能源消耗和溫室氣體排放量也逐年上升，能源短缺和環(huán)境惡化嚴(yán)重制約著人類社會的發(fā)展。在這種形勢下，交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)節(jié)能減排勢在必行。本課題圍繞著城市交通系統(tǒng)碳排放和城市交通系統(tǒng)發(fā)展水平的評價(jià)兩個(gè)主要方面展開了研究。 在廣泛調(diào)研和文獻(xiàn)閱讀的基礎(chǔ)上，對國內(nèi)外城市低碳交通發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和低碳交通的概念進(jìn)行了概述和總結(jié)；從分析影響城市交通碳排放因素的角度出發(fā)，歸納了城市居民出行總量、交通方式分擔(dān)率、平均出行距離和二氧化碳排放系數(shù)等因素對城市交通碳排放的影響，并建立了城市交通系統(tǒng)碳排放估算模型；通過充分分析城市交通碳排放影響因素，確定了評價(jià)指標(biāo)，建立了城市交通低碳發(fā)展水平評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，在對城市交通低碳發(fā)展水平評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行評價(jià)分析時(shí)，本研究用層次分析法來確定各評價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重，，并利用云物理論對城市交通低碳發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià)。以合肥市為例，對合肥市小汽車、出租車、公交車的年二氧化碳排放量進(jìn)行了估算，并對合肥市交通低碳發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行了綜合評價(jià)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy in China, the demand for urban transportation is increasing, and the energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions of urban transportation are also increasing year by year. Energy shortage and environmental deterioration seriously restrict the development of human society. In this situation, transportation energy conservation and emission reduction is imperative. This paper focuses on two main aspects: carbon emission of urban transportation system and evaluation of development level of urban transportation system. On the basis of extensive investigation and literature reading, this paper summarizes the present situation of urban low-carbon transport development and the concept of low-carbon transportation at home and abroad, and analyzes the factors affecting the carbon emissions of urban traffic. The effects of the factors such as the total travel amount of urban residents, the sharing rate of transportation mode, the average travel distance and the carbon dioxide emission coefficient on the carbon emissions of urban traffic are summarized, and a model for estimating the carbon emissions of urban transportation system is established. By fully analyzing the influencing factors of urban traffic carbon emissions, the evaluation index is determined, and the evaluation index system of urban traffic low carbon development level is established. When the evaluation index system of urban traffic low carbon development level is evaluated and analyzed, In this study, AHP was used to determine the weight of each evaluation index, and the cloud theory was used to evaluate the low carbon development level of urban traffic. Taking Hefei as an example, the annual carbon dioxide emissions of cars, taxis and buses in Hefei are estimated, and the development level of low-carbon traffic in Hefei is comprehensively evaluated.
