高速公路路基沉陷注漿處治技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:摘要:近年來(lái)隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,高速公路進(jìn)入到了大規(guī)模的建設(shè)時(shí)期,在湖南地區(qū)特殊的地理環(huán)境作用下,山區(qū)高速公路在湖南省內(nèi)高速公路總里程中占有較大比例,同時(shí),軟土路基在省內(nèi)山區(qū)高速公路建設(shè)中易較為常見(jiàn)。在道路路基設(shè)計(jì)水平、工程地質(zhì)條件、施工質(zhì)量控制等多方面原因的影響下,該地區(qū)山區(qū)高速公路軟土路基病害日益突出。因此,軟土路基病害機(jī)理的研究與相應(yīng)快速處治技術(shù)的開(kāi)發(fā)已成為當(dāng)前湖南山區(qū)高速公路質(zhì)量控制的迫切需求。本文依托于邵懷高速公路K1302公路段的路基沉陷病害處治工程和西部交通科技項(xiàng)目,采用調(diào)研分析(現(xiàn)場(chǎng)地質(zhì)勘查)、數(shù)值分析(沉陷機(jī)理)、理論分析(劈裂注漿)以及試驗(yàn)分析(新型注漿材料)相結(jié)合的研究方法,系統(tǒng)剖析了依托工程路基沉陷的主要原因;并基于研究成果,設(shè)計(jì)了相關(guān)的快速注漿加固方案。主要工作如下: (1)系統(tǒng)調(diào)研邵懷高速公路K1302路段的工程地質(zhì)勘查情況,基于勘查報(bào)告分析了路基沉陷產(chǎn)生的原因,并采用FLAC3D對(duì)路基沉陷的影響因素展開(kāi)了敏感性數(shù)值分析,獲得了交通荷載和流固耦合作用對(duì)路基沉陷的影響規(guī)律;基于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)所采集的路基沉陷數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行校驗(yàn),證明了本文數(shù)值模型的正確性和有效性。 (2)基于統(tǒng)一強(qiáng)度準(zhǔn)則、圓孔擴(kuò)張理論為理論基礎(chǔ),展開(kāi)考慮荷載非對(duì)稱性的土體劈裂注漿壓力研究,推導(dǎo)獲得了土體彈塑性區(qū)內(nèi)的位移場(chǎng)、應(yīng)力場(chǎng)、塑性半徑和劈裂注漿啟劈壓力的解析表達(dá)式;谏鲜隼碚撗芯,證明了在考慮荷載非對(duì)稱性的條件下,劈裂注漿的啟劈壓力小于傳統(tǒng)方法所獲得的計(jì)算結(jié)果,采用傳統(tǒng)擴(kuò)張模型會(huì)低估土體塑性區(qū)半徑的展開(kāi)范圍,對(duì)工程的安全性產(chǎn)生潛在威脅。上述結(jié)論可從理論上對(duì)劈裂注漿啟劈壓力的確定產(chǎn)生指導(dǎo)意義。 (3)通過(guò)展開(kāi)系統(tǒng)的室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),測(cè)定獲得本文所研究的新型注漿材料在不同配合比情況下的相關(guān)物理性能和力學(xué)指標(biāo),并在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出該新型注漿材料的優(yōu)化配合比:水灰比為0.6,VAE:硫鋁酸鹽水泥:普通硅酸鹽水泥=0.05:0.45:0.5;通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)對(duì)新型注漿材料的工程適用性和有效性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,為快速處治路基病害提供實(shí)踐依據(jù)。 (4)基于國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多學(xué)者對(duì)路基病害處治技術(shù)的研究成果,將湖南省常見(jiàn)的路基沉陷病害分為6大類,并提出針對(duì)6類病害的處治對(duì)策庫(kù),為今后的路基病害快速處治提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Abstract : In recent years , with the rapid development of our country ' s economy , the expressway has entered a large - scale construction period . Under the influence of the special geographical environment in Hunan Province , the disease of soft soil subgrade in the mountainous area of Hunan Province is becoming more and more common . Therefore , the research of soft soil subgrade disease mechanism and the development of the corresponding rapid treatment technology have become the urgent need of quality control of expressway in the mountainous area of Hunan Province .
Based on the research results , the relevant rapid grouting reinforcement scheme is designed . The main work is as follows :
( 1 ) On the basis of investigation report , the causes of subgrade settlement are analyzed , and the influence factors of subgrade settlement are analyzed by FLAC3D , and the influence law of traffic load and flow - solid coupling on subgrade settlement is obtained .
Based on the data collected from the field test , the numerical results are verified , and the correctness and validity of the numerical model are proved .
( 2 ) Based on the unified strength criterion , the theory of circular hole expansion is the theoretical basis , and the analytical expression of displacement field , stress field , plastic radius and split grouting pressure in the elastic - plastic region of soil is deduced . Based on the above - mentioned theoretical research , it is proved that under the condition of non - symmetry of load , the splitting pressure of split grouting is less than that obtained by the traditional method .
( 3 ) By the indoor test of the deployment system , the related physical and mechanical properties of the new grouting materials studied in this paper are determined . Based on this , the optimum mix ratio of the new grouting material is put forward : the ratio of cement to cement ratio is 0.6 , and the ratio of water to cement ratio is 0.6 , which is 0 . 05 : 0 . 45 : 0 . 5 .
The feasibility and effectiveness of the new grouting material are verified by field test , which provides practical basis for the rapid treatment of subgrade diseases .
( 4 ) Based on the research results of many scholars at home and abroad on the treatment technology of subgrade diseases , the common subgrade settlement diseases in Hunan Province are divided into six categories , and the treatment countermeasures of six diseases are put forward to provide the basis for the rapid treatment of subgrade diseases in the future .
