預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁懸臂施工與監(jiān)控技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國交通事業(yè)的大力發(fā)展,橋梁作為重要的交通樞紐工程,需要大量的建設(shè),預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋以其顯著的優(yōu)勢(shì),在橋梁施工建設(shè)中,得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。近幾年來,在眾多的橋梁施工方法中,懸臂施工方法憑借施工成本低、有利于通航等優(yōu)點(diǎn),,成為預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋施工中的首選方案。隨著橋梁跨徑的不斷增大,對(duì)施工的要求也越來越高,因此,探究懸臂施工方法可以有效地指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)場施工。同時(shí),為保證施工過程質(zhì)量安全以及成橋符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,對(duì)施工全過程進(jìn)行監(jiān)控就顯得至關(guān)重要。 本文在參閱了大量有關(guān)懸臂施工以及施工控制資料的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合上甘店大橋懸臂施工工程項(xiàng)目,對(duì)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋懸臂施工及監(jiān)控技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究。主要研究的內(nèi)容有以下3個(gè)方面: 1、介紹了預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋懸臂澆注施工特點(diǎn)和施工工藝,詳細(xì)敘述了懸臂澆注施工過程中掛籃施工、預(yù)應(yīng)力束張拉和合攏段施工及體系轉(zhuǎn)換等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并結(jié)合工程實(shí)例,進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析論證,確實(shí)施工方案。 2、闡述了施工監(jiān)控的內(nèi)容和方法,以及施工誤差分析與調(diào)整,確定上甘店大橋監(jiān)控方案。分析處理立模標(biāo)高影響因素,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了識(shí)別和修正。 3、分析灰色系統(tǒng)理論在連續(xù)梁橋懸臂施工監(jiān)控中的應(yīng)用。在主梁線形監(jiān)控過程中運(yùn)用灰色系統(tǒng)理論錯(cuò)誤!未找到引用源。模型預(yù)測節(jié)段立模標(biāo)高,將施工監(jiān)控的結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析對(duì)比,得出結(jié)論表明線形符合規(guī)范,應(yīng)力符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:With the development of transportation in our country, bridge, as an important transportation hub project, needs a lot of construction. Prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge has been widely used in bridge construction with its remarkable advantages. In recent years, among the many bridge construction methods, the cantilever construction method has become the first choice in the construction of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge with the advantages of low construction cost and favorable navigation. With the increasing span of the bridge, the construction requirements are higher and higher. Therefore, exploring the cantilever construction method can effectively guide the field construction. At the same time, in order to ensure the quality and safety of the construction process and to meet the design requirements, it is very important to monitor the whole construction process. On the basis of consulting a lot of information about cantilever construction and construction control, combined with the cantilever construction project of Shanggandian Bridge, this paper studies the cantilever construction and monitoring technology of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge. The main contents of the study are as follows: 1. The construction characteristics and construction technology of cantilever pouring of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge are introduced, and the key technologies, such as hanging basket construction, construction of prestressing tensioning and closing section and system transformation, are described in detail. And combined with engineering examples, detailed analysis and demonstration, the construction scheme. 2. The contents and methods of construction monitoring are expounded, and the construction error is analyzed and adjusted, and the monitoring scheme of Shanggandian Bridge is determined. The influencing factors of vertical die elevation are analyzed and the design parameters are identified and corrected. 3. The application of grey system theory in cantilever construction monitoring of continuous beam bridge is analyzed. In the main beam linear monitoring process the use of grey system theory error! No reference source was found. The model is used to predict the elevation of the section and the results of construction monitoring are analyzed and compared. It is concluded that the linear shape is in line with the specification and the stress is in line with the design requirements.
