臺(tái)灣海峽海底隧道通風(fēng)與防災(zāi)研究

【摘要】:近二十多年來(lái),大陸與臺(tái)灣的經(jīng)濟(jì)與人員往來(lái)日益密切。隨著大陸與臺(tái)灣經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的加深,兩岸人員往來(lái)更加的密切,現(xiàn)有的交通已經(jīng)不能滿足將來(lái)兩岸人員往來(lái)的需要。因此,很多交通方面的專家,提出修建海峽通道的設(shè)想。為推進(jìn)臺(tái)灣海峽通道工程建設(shè)研究,自1998年至2010年,兩岸專家學(xué)者已先后舉行了8次關(guān)于建設(shè)臺(tái)灣海峽通道的研討會(huì)。研討會(huì)期間,兩岸專家及國(guó)外專家,就臺(tái)灣海峽隧道工程的必要性和可行性研究進(jìn)行了廣泛地討論分析和探討。 本文在總結(jié)一些學(xué)者、專家有關(guān)臺(tái)灣海峽海底隧道的研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,,對(duì)臺(tái)灣海峽海底隧道的通風(fēng)方案進(jìn)行研究,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括: (1)以臺(tái)灣海峽海底隧道北線方案為基礎(chǔ),給出了隧道的縱斷面、橫斷面。 (2)根據(jù)客流量計(jì)算以及不同的工況,計(jì)算得到的臺(tái)灣海峽隧道的需風(fēng)量; (3)結(jié)合臺(tái)灣海峽隧道所處區(qū)域的地質(zhì)、水文情況以及隧道的需風(fēng)量,給出了臺(tái)灣海峽海底隧道四豎井五段通風(fēng)方案,并對(duì)通風(fēng)豎井進(jìn)行初步設(shè)計(jì)。 (4)從防災(zāi)救災(zāi)出發(fā),給出臺(tái)灣海峽隧道內(nèi)的海底車站布設(shè),消防設(shè)施的配置,提出隧道發(fā)生火災(zāi)時(shí)的逃生與消防救援以及內(nèi)通風(fēng)與排煙思路。
[Abstract]:Over the past 20 years, the economic and personnel exchanges between the mainland and Taiwan have become increasingly close. With the deepening of economic cooperation between the mainland and Taiwan, personnel exchanges between the two sides of the strait have become closer, and the existing traffic can no longer meet the needs of personnel exchanges between the two sides of the strait in the future. Therefore, many traffic experts, put forward the idea of building channel. From 1998 to 2010, experts and scholars from both sides of the Taiwan Strait have held eight seminars on the construction of the Taiwan Strait Passage. During the seminar, experts from both sides of the Taiwan Strait and experts from abroad discussed and discussed extensively the necessity and feasibility of the tunnel project in the Taiwan Strait. On the basis of summarizing the research results of some scholars and experts about the Taiwan Strait Cross-Harbour Tunnel, this paper studies the ventilation scheme of the Cross-Harbour Tunnel of the Taiwan Strait, the main contents of which are as follows: 1) based on the plan of the North Line of the Cross Harbour Tunnel of Taiwan Strait, the longitudinal section and cross section of the tunnel are given. (2) according to the calculation of passenger flow and different working conditions, the required air volume of the Taiwan Strait tunnel is calculated; Combined with the geological and hydrological conditions of the area of the Taiwan Strait Tunnel and the air demand of the tunnel, the ventilation scheme of the fourth shaft and the fifth section of the Taiwan Strait Tunnel is given, and the preliminary design of the ventilation shaft is carried out. From the view of disaster prevention and relief, this paper gives the arrangement of submarine station and fire protection facilities in the Taiwan Strait Tunnel, and puts forward the ideas of escape, fire rescue, internal ventilation and smoke exhaust when the tunnel fire occurs.
