青島地鐵M3號(hào)線區(qū)間隧道施工安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估

【摘要】:地鐵建設(shè)項(xiàng)目具有地理位置特殊、規(guī)模龐大、投資額多、與周邊環(huán)境關(guān)系密切、施工周期長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn),從而決定了地鐵工程的不確定因素多、安全可靠性低、可能引發(fā)的事故種類(lèi)繁多。一旦發(fā)生地鐵安全事故,其后果往往是群死群傷并造成惡劣的社會(huì)輿論影響。隨著青島地鐵工程建設(shè)的全面展開(kāi),強(qiáng)化地鐵安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的識(shí)別與分析,提高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制水平,顯得極為重要。 本文基于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論體系,,詳細(xì)研究了青島地鐵區(qū)間隧道施工過(guò)程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估與控制的各部分內(nèi)容,主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面:首先,綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外地鐵風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究現(xiàn)狀,提出本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容以及相應(yīng)的技術(shù)路線;其次,詳述風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論體系,對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理基本流程進(jìn)行分析研究,為青島地鐵風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究提供理論支持;再次,結(jié)合青島地鐵M3號(hào)線雙山站~保兒站區(qū)間隧道施工特點(diǎn),提出采用工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)法與工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分解法相結(jié)合的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別方法,對(duì)地鐵區(qū)間隧道施工主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行識(shí)別匯總;然后,運(yùn)用層次分析法與模糊數(shù)學(xué)理論,結(jié)合專(zhuān)家經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)地鐵區(qū)間隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行量化處理,并建立模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系;最后,建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)矩陣R=P×C,根據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)概率模糊隸屬度,綜合評(píng)定地鐵區(qū)間隧道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)及其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分布狀態(tài),并提出相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)措施。
[Abstract]:The subway construction project has the characteristics of special geographical location, large scale, large investment, close relationship with the surrounding environment, long construction period, and so on, which determines that there are many uncertain factors and low safety and reliability of the subway project. There are a wide variety of possible accidents. In the event of subway safety accidents, the consequences are often mass death and injury, resulting in bad public opinion. With the construction of Qingdao metro project in an all-round way, it is very important to strengthen the identification and analysis of subway safety risk factors and improve the level of risk control. Based on the risk management theory system, this paper studies the risk assessment and control of Qingdao metro tunnel construction process in detail, including the following aspects: first, summarizes the current situation of subway risk management research at home and abroad. The main contents of this paper and the corresponding technical routes are put forward. Secondly, the theoretical system of risk management is described, and the basic risk management processes, such as risk identification, risk assessment and risk response, are analyzed and studied. Thirdly, considering the characteristics of tunnel construction between Shuangshan Station and Baoer Station of Qingdao Metro Line M3, a risk identification method combining work decomposition structure method and engineering risk decomposition method is put forward. The main risk factors of subway tunnel construction are identified and summarized, and then the risk factors of subway interval tunnel construction are quantitatively treated by using AHP and fuzzy mathematics theory, combined with expert experience. Finally, the risk evaluation matrix RKP 脳 C is set up. According to the fuzzy membership degree of risk probability, the risk grade and risk distribution of tunnel risk factors are comprehensively evaluated, and the corresponding risk countermeasures are put forward.
