【摘要】:高溫車轍和低溫開(kāi)裂病害作為瀝青路面最常見(jiàn)的兩種病害,會(huì)嚴(yán)重的影響瀝青路面的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,縮短瀝青路面的使用壽命。針對(duì)這一問(wèn)題,本論文提出通過(guò)在混合料中采用干法工藝摻入某一種或某幾種外加劑,以達(dá)到同時(shí)大幅度提高其高溫穩(wěn)定性和低溫抗裂性的目的。 本論文的研究思路如下:首先,確定瀝青混合料高溫性能最佳改性外加劑,并研究該改性劑摻量的變化對(duì)瀝青混合料路用性能的影響,,以確定其最佳用量;其次,探究不同種類外加劑對(duì)瀝青混合料低溫性能的改性效果,以通過(guò)試驗(yàn)初步篩選出瀝青混合料最佳低溫改性劑;再次,研究第前兩步中確定的兩種改性劑雙摻時(shí)對(duì)瀝青混合料路用性能的改善效果;最后,對(duì)雙摻外加劑的改性機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析,并提出對(duì)瀝青混合料高低溫性能具有雙改性效果的新材料的開(kāi)發(fā)。 研究結(jié)果表明:將4‰的抗車轍劑與1.5%的橡維聯(lián)同時(shí)摻入瀝青混合料中,能夠同時(shí)大幅度提高其高溫穩(wěn)定性和低溫抗裂性,對(duì)其他的路用性能也有著一定的改善效果,顯示出良好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:As the two most common diseases of asphalt pavement, high temperature rutting and low temperature cracking will seriously affect the service quality of asphalt pavement and shorten the service life of asphalt pavement. In order to improve the high temperature stability and the low temperature crack resistance of the mixture, the dry process is used to add some admixture or admixtures to the mixture in order to improve the high temperature stability and the crack resistance at low temperature. The research ideas of this paper are as follows: firstly, determine the best modified admixture for the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture, and study the influence of the content of the modifier on the pavement performance of asphalt mixture. To explore the modification effect of different admixtures on the low temperature performance of asphalt mixture in order to select the best low temperature modifier of asphalt mixture. The improvement effect of the two modifiers determined in the first two steps on the pavement performance of asphalt mixture is studied. Finally, the modification mechanism of the double admixture is analyzed. The development of new materials with high and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture with double modification effect is put forward. The results show that the high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance of the asphalt mixture can be greatly improved by adding 4 鈥
