夾層橋面板應(yīng)力分布及穩(wěn)定性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:鋼聚氨酯夾層板是在兩層鋼板之間注入聚氨酯核芯,,是由彈性體芯材與鋼板內(nèi)表層牢固粘接而成的新型復(fù)合夾層結(jié)構(gòu)。該體系在國外已用于新鋪橋面板、橋面板的更換與橋面板的修復(fù)加固等工程中。但這種新型橋面板結(jié)構(gòu)在國內(nèi)尚未應(yīng)用,并且沒有相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范及準(zhǔn)則,為此本文以模型試驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ),開展鋼聚氨酯夾層結(jié)構(gòu)橋面板應(yīng)力分布與穩(wěn)定性能研究。進(jìn)一步揭示鋼聚氨酯夾層橋面板的力學(xué)特點(diǎn)與穩(wěn)定性能,為鋼聚氨酯夾層結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)在國內(nèi)的應(yīng)用提供可靠的依據(jù)。 介紹了夾層板結(jié)構(gòu)在國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,以及夾層板結(jié)構(gòu)在橋梁工程中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀。分析了正交異性板、夾層板、正交異性夾層板的基本計(jì)算理論,介紹了穩(wěn)定基本理論。 進(jìn)行了模型試驗(yàn),依據(jù)相似原理與現(xiàn)有工程實(shí)例構(gòu)造進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)方案的設(shè)計(jì)。通過夾層板與普通鋼板試驗(yàn)值比較分析,驗(yàn)證了夾層板在應(yīng)力分布、強(qiáng)度、剛度等方面受力性能優(yōu)于單層鋼板。通過有限元計(jì)算值與模型試驗(yàn)值進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了本次有限元模擬分析的準(zhǔn)確性,得到了鋼聚氨酯夾層板結(jié)構(gòu)在局部車輪荷載作用下的受力規(guī)律與應(yīng)力分布情況,研究了在局部車輪荷載、軸壓荷載共同作用下的屈曲穩(wěn)定性能。 在模型試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過芯層厚度、鋼板厚度、加勁肋間距等參數(shù)的變化,進(jìn)一步研究了這些參數(shù)對(duì)鋼聚氨酯正交異性夾層板屈曲穩(wěn)定的影響。這些參數(shù)均對(duì)夾層板屈曲穩(wěn)定影響顯著,屈曲荷載、最大應(yīng)力分布均隨著參數(shù)變化而變化。
[Abstract]:Steel polyurethane sandwich plate is a new type of composite sandwich structure, which is composed of elastomer core and inner surface layer of steel plate, which is filled with polyurethane core between two layers of steel plate.The system has been used in the new paving of bridge deck, replacement of bridge deck and repair and reinforcement of bridge deck.However, the new bridge deck structure has not been applied in our country, and there is no corresponding design code and criterion. Therefore, based on the model test, the stress distribution and stability properties of steel polyurethane sandwich deck slab are studied in this paper.The mechanical characteristics and stability of steel polyurethane sandwich bridge deck are further revealed, which provides a reliable basis for the application of steel polyurethane sandwich structure technology in China.This paper introduces the research status of sandwich plate structure at home and abroad, and the application of sandwich plate structure in bridge engineering.The basic calculation theory of orthotropic plate, sandwich plate and orthotropic sandwich plate is analyzed, and the basic theory of stability is introduced.The model test was carried out and the test scheme was designed according to the similarity principle and the existing engineering examples.The stress distribution, strength and stiffness of sandwich plate are better than that of single layer steel plate.The accuracy of the finite element simulation analysis is verified by comparing the finite element calculation value with the model test value, and the force law and stress distribution of the steel polyurethane sandwich plate structure under the local wheel load are obtained.The buckling stability under the combined action of local wheel load and axial compression load is studied.Based on the model tests, the effects of these parameters on the buckling stability of steel polyurethane orthotropic sandwich plates were further studied by the changes of core thickness, steel plate thickness and stiffening rib spacing.These parameters have a significant effect on the buckling stability of sandwich plates, and the buckling load and maximum stress distribution all change with the change of the parameters.
