【摘要】:瀝青路面在長期使用過程中,經(jīng)過交通荷載及自然因素的作用,逐漸老化變硬。具體表現(xiàn)為瀝青變得硬脆,延伸性降低,從而導(dǎo)致瀝青路面產(chǎn)生裂縫、坑槽、松散等各種形式的破壞。因此,瀝青路面使用一定年限后必須進(jìn)行大、中修處理。隨著瀝青路面養(yǎng)護(hù)和大、中修工程量不斷增加,產(chǎn)生了大量的廢舊瀝青混合料,廢料的堆放和掩埋會(huì)對環(huán)境造成極大破壞。同時(shí),道路用瀝青主要來源于石油工業(yè),地球上石油的存儲(chǔ)量也日趨減少;在許多國家,自礦山開采法頒布實(shí)施以來,,石料的生產(chǎn)也受到極大的限制。因此,開展瀝青路面再生技術(shù)的應(yīng)用研究是十分必要的。 我國《公路瀝青路面再生技術(shù)規(guī)范》的頒布實(shí)施,進(jìn)一步規(guī)范了瀝青路面再生技術(shù)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,保證了再生瀝青路面的工程質(zhì)量。但是,《公路瀝青路面再生技術(shù)規(guī)范》只是針對高等級公路的瀝青路面再生作出了一些說明和要求,對低等級公路瀝青路面再生沒有明確的指導(dǎo)性。同樣,規(guī)范中要求瀝青路面廠拌熱再生對回收瀝青路面材料(RAP料)的摻配比例較小,且再生混合料只能用于高等級公路的中下面層及基層。這種針對高等級公路的瀝青路面再生指標(biāo)不能同等適用于低等級公路的瀝青路面再生。 本文依托貴州省黔西南州興天公路中修工程,通過對原路面的調(diào)查和銑刨得到舊瀝青路面材料(RAP料),并且對RAP料的預(yù)處理和管理進(jìn)行了規(guī)范,同時(shí)檢測了RAP料中瀝青和集料的性能。本文歸納總結(jié)了瀝青再生機(jī)理的研究,開展了瀝青再生劑再生效果的評價(jià),確定了再生劑的最佳用量。配合比設(shè)計(jì)方面,在盡可能提高RAP料摻配比例的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行再生瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì),并對再生瀝青混合料的路用性能進(jìn)行了測試分析。另外,本文結(jié)合實(shí)際工程對瀝青路面熱再生的施工工藝進(jìn)行了研究,同時(shí)對瀝青路面再生的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益進(jìn)行了評價(jià)。 通過對低等級公路瀝青路面再生技術(shù)的應(yīng)用研究,進(jìn)一步確定了RAP材料100%回收利用的可行性以及再生瀝青混合料用在低等級公路表面層的可行性,對瀝青路面再生技術(shù)在低等級公路上的應(yīng)用做出了指南。
[Abstract]:During the long-term use of asphalt pavement, it is gradually aging and hardening through the action of traffic load and natural factors.The concrete performance is that asphalt becomes hard and brittle, and its extensibility decreases, which leads to cracks, potholes, loose and other forms of destruction of asphalt pavement.Therefore, asphalt pavement must be treated with large and medium repair after a certain number of years.With the maintenance and large amount of asphalt pavement, the quantity of medium repair works is increasing, and a large amount of waste asphalt mixture is produced, which will cause great damage to the environment.At the same time, the road asphalt mainly comes from the petroleum industry, and the storage of oil on the earth is decreasing day by day. In many countries, the production of stone has been greatly restricted since the promulgation and implementation of mining law.Therefore, it is necessary to study the application of asphalt pavement regeneration technology.The promulgation and implementation of the Technical Specification for Asphalt pavement Regeneration in China has further standardized the practical application of the asphalt pavement regeneration technology and ensured the engineering quality of the recycled asphalt pavement.However, the Technical Specification for Asphalt pavement Regeneration of Highway is only for the asphalt pavement regeneration of high-grade highway to make some instructions and requirements, and there is no clear guidance for the regeneration of asphalt pavement of low-grade highway.Similarly, it is required in the specification that the proportion of recycled asphalt pavement material (rap) is small, and the recycled mixture can only be used in the middle and lower layers and the base course of high grade highway.This kind of asphalt pavement regeneration index for high-grade highway can not be applied to the asphalt pavement regeneration of low-grade highway.Based on the medium repair project of Xingtian Highway in Qianxinan Prefecture, Guizhou Province, this paper obtains the old asphalt pavement material rap through the investigation and milling of the original pavement, and standardizes the pretreatment and management of the RAP material.At the same time, the properties of asphalt and aggregate in RAP were tested.In this paper, the research on the mechanism of asphalt regeneration is summarized, and the evaluation of the regeneration effect of asphalt regenerating agent is carried out, and the optimum amount of the regenerating agent is determined.On the basis of increasing the proportion of RAP admixture as far as possible, the mix ratio of recycled asphalt mixture is designed, and the road performance of recycled asphalt mixture is tested and analyzed.In addition, this paper studies the construction technology of asphalt pavement thermal regeneration combined with actual engineering, and evaluates the economic benefit of asphalt pavement regeneration.The feasibility of 100% recycling of RAP material and the feasibility of using recycled asphalt mixture in surface layer of low grade highway are further determined through the application research of asphalt pavement regeneration technology in low grade highway.The application of asphalt pavement regeneration technology in low-grade highway is given.
