【摘要】:彎坡連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋由于能夠適應(yīng)地形限制,使得該橋型在高原山區(qū)得以廣泛應(yīng)用。但因其受到結(jié)構(gòu)形式復(fù)雜和扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)顯著等不利因素的影響,在服役期間會(huì)加劇出現(xiàn)橋梁的老化、劣化等較多的結(jié)構(gòu)損傷病害的出現(xiàn)。若不及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)并合理處治,將危及橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的安全使用性能,因此,若在橋梁運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中如果能夠準(zhǔn)確地對(duì)橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的損傷進(jìn)行識(shí)別,建立與該類橋型相適應(yīng)的健康監(jiān)測(cè)方案,即時(shí)掌握橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的健康狀況,對(duì)保證其安全運(yùn)營(yíng)、避免重大災(zāi)難,,具有重要意義。 已有的基于曲率模態(tài)損傷識(shí)別的研究主要集中在直線簡(jiǎn)支梁、連續(xù)梁的研究,而對(duì)彎坡連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的研究相對(duì)較少,對(duì)此類橋型不同部位損傷時(shí)的識(shí)別效果的適用性、有效性有待進(jìn)一步的研究;在對(duì)彎坡連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋曲率模態(tài)的主要影響因素分析方面的研究,也相對(duì)較少;谇誓B(tài)損傷識(shí)別的相關(guān)成果指導(dǎo)應(yīng)用于彎坡連續(xù)剛構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測(cè)設(shè)計(jì)之中,亦缺少相關(guān)資料;诖耍疚闹饕芯?jī)?nèi)容如下: 1、基于損傷識(shí)別理論,以依托工程為背景建立有限元模型,研究分析了曲率半徑、縱坡、墩高等因素對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)模態(tài)的影響,得出了彎坡連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的振型與曲率模態(tài)特性變化規(guī)律。 2、利用有限元模型對(duì)上部結(jié)構(gòu)單處和多處損傷進(jìn)行了模擬,分析了不同損傷工況下以各階曲率模態(tài)、曲率模態(tài)變化率、即刻曲率模態(tài)損傷因子作為識(shí)別指標(biāo)時(shí)彎坡剛構(gòu)橋損傷識(shí)別效果的適用性和敏感性,并評(píng)價(jià)分析了各種指標(biāo)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。 3、對(duì)彎坡連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋上、下部結(jié)構(gòu)同時(shí)發(fā)生損傷時(shí)的曲率模態(tài)關(guān)聯(lián)性進(jìn)行了研究,并研究了上、下部結(jié)構(gòu)損傷識(shí)別之間的干擾性。并指出了彎坡連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋上、下部結(jié)構(gòu)損傷的相互影響關(guān)系。 4、基于以上研究,對(duì)彎坡連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋健康監(jiān)測(cè)進(jìn)行了研究:設(shè)計(jì)了健康監(jiān)測(cè)測(cè)點(diǎn)布置方案,為橋梁健康監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施提供方案性參考,并制定模態(tài)參數(shù)的測(cè)試方法,對(duì)依托工程進(jìn)行了損傷識(shí)別檢驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:The continuous rigid frame bridge with curved slope can adapt to the limitation of terrain, so it is widely used in plateau mountain area.However, due to the complex structure and significant torsion effect, the aging of bridges and deterioration of bridges will be aggravated during the service period.If the bridge structure is not found in time and properly treated, it will endanger the safety performance of the bridge structure. Therefore, if the damage of the bridge structure can be accurately identified during the operation of the bridge, a health monitoring scheme suitable for this type of bridge will be established.It is of great significance to grasp the health condition of bridge structure in time to ensure its safe operation and avoid major disasters.The existing researches based on curvature mode damage identification mainly focus on the research of linear simply supported beam and continuous beam, but the research on curved slope continuous rigid frame bridge is relatively few.The effectiveness needs further study, and the analysis of the main influencing factors of curvature mode of curved slope continuous rigid frame bridge is relatively few.The results based on curvature modal damage identification are applied to the continuous rigid frame health monitoring design of curved slope and lack of relevant data.Based on this, the main contents of this paper are as follows:1. Based on the damage identification theory, the finite element model based on engineering background is established, and the influence of curvature radius, longitudinal slope, pier height and other factors on the structural mode is studied and analyzed.The mode and curvature mode characteristics of continuous rigid frame bridge with curved slope are obtained.2. The finite element model is used to simulate the single and multiple damage of superstructure, and the rate of change of curvature mode and curvature mode are analyzed under different damage conditions.The applicability and sensitivity of the damage identification effect of curved slope rigid frame bridge using the damage factor of instant curvature mode as the identification index are analyzed and the advantages and disadvantages of each index are evaluated and analyzed.3. The curvature modal correlation of the substructure on the continuous rigid frame bridge with curved slope is studied, and the interference between the upper and the lower structure damage identification is studied.The relationship between the damage of the substructure on the continuous rigid frame bridge with curved slope is pointed out.4. Based on the above research, the health monitoring of continuous rigid frame bridge with curved slope is studied. The layout scheme of health monitoring measuring points is designed, which provides a scheme reference for the implementation of bridge health monitoring system, and formulates the testing method of modal parameters.The damage identification test was carried out on the supporting engineering.
