重慶市干線公路水泥混凝土路面性能評價與改建典型結(jié)構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:目前重慶市干線水泥混凝土路面已使用多年,大部分路面出現(xiàn)了裂縫、角隅斷裂、錯臺、沉陷等病害,一部分道路已超過了設(shè)計使用年限。為了滿足交通量要求和道路行車,水泥混凝土路面需要大量養(yǎng)護、改建。路面評價對道路養(yǎng)護改建決策起著至關(guān)重要的作用,道路改建結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計對道路使用性能具有重要作用。因此本文主要研究了兩個方面的內(nèi)容:路面評價和改建典型結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。 本文通過收集和分析干線水泥混凝土路面資料,對路面評價進行研究。分析了重慶市水泥混凝土路面的病害類型和形成原因;通過檢測彎沉,調(diào)查了選定路段的脫空狀況;通過鉆孔取芯實測了水泥混凝土面板的厚度、抗壓強度、劈裂強度和彎拉強度,分析了選定道路的路面結(jié)構(gòu)承載能力。 根據(jù)重慶市路面評價的方法,選取120段每段1000m的水泥混凝土路面,分別計算了面積法和板塊法的PCI值、壞板率、斷板率。探討了板塊法PCI值與面積法PCI值的關(guān)系,根據(jù)規(guī)范中PCI等級的劃分對板塊法PCI值等級進行劃分。采用統(tǒng)計分析的方法,研究了板塊法PCI與壞板率的關(guān)系,建立了兩者之間的關(guān)系式,并根據(jù)交叉裂縫面積占總破損面積的比例,分析了關(guān)系式中系數(shù)的取值。 根據(jù)調(diào)查的破碎后模量和其他資料分析,將破碎后混凝土模量界定在70MPa與225MPa之間,并利用BISAR程序分析了在不同模量、不同基層厚度下的彎沉變化量。根據(jù)不同模量之間的彎沉差,將破碎水泥混凝土模量進行了等級劃分。依據(jù)模量和交通量對基層厚度具有影響的理論,驗證了破碎后水泥混凝土模量等級劃分的合理性。根據(jù)對樣本干線公路未來交通的預測、軸載換算等,以及重慶市干線公路交通量的實際情況,將干線公路的交通量界定在3×106與2.0×107之間,并劃分為4個等級,根據(jù)交通量和模量對基層厚度的影響驗證了交通量劃分的合理性。 最終,通過對重慶市干線水泥混凝土路面改建為瀝青路面的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方案分析,結(jié)合重慶市的實際情況、氣候條件、改建材料,,考慮破碎后混凝土模量等級和交通等級,根據(jù)二級和三級公路設(shè)計的方法,提出了適合重慶市干線水泥混凝土路面改建為瀝青路面的典型結(jié)構(gòu),為今后設(shè)計提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:At present, the cement concrete pavement of Chongqing trunk line has been used for many years, and most of the pavement has been damaged by cracks, corner fractures, staggered platforms and subsidence, and some roads have exceeded the design service life.In order to meet the traffic requirements and road traffic, cement concrete pavement needs a large number of maintenance and reconstruction.Pavement evaluation plays an important role in the decision of road maintenance and reconstruction, and the design of road reconstruction structure plays an important role in road performance.Therefore, this paper mainly studies two aspects: pavement evaluation and reconstruction of typical structure design.Through collecting and analyzing the data of cement concrete pavement, this paper studies pavement evaluation.This paper analyzes the disease types and causes of cement concrete pavement in Chongqing, investigates the void condition of selected sections of road by detecting deflection, and measures the thickness and compressive strength of cement concrete slab by drilling and coring.The load bearing capacity of pavement structure of selected road is analyzed by splitting strength and bending tensile strength.According to the method of road surface evaluation in Chongqing, the PCI value, broken slab rate and broken slab rate of each section of 120 sections of cement concrete pavement were calculated by area method and plate method respectively.The relationship between the PCI value of plate method and the PCI value of area method is discussed, and the PCI value grade of plate method is divided according to the division of PCI grade in the code.By means of statistical analysis, the relationship between plate method PCI and broken plate rate is studied, and the relationship between them is established. According to the proportion of cross crack area to total damaged area, the value of coefficient in the relationship is analyzed.According to the analysis of the post-crushing modulus and other data, the modulus of crushed concrete is defined between 70MPa and 225MPa, and the variation of deflection under different modulus and thickness of base is analyzed by BISAR program.According to the deflection difference between different modulus, the modulus of broken cement concrete is classified.According to the theory that modulus and traffic volume have influence on the thickness of base course, the rationality of the classification of modulus of cement concrete after crushing is verified.According to the forecast of the future traffic of the sample trunk highway, the conversion of axle load, and the actual situation of the traffic volume of Chongqing trunk road, the traffic volume of the trunk highway is defined between 3 脳 106 and 2.0 脳 107, and is divided into four grades.According to the influence of traffic volume and modulus on the thickness of base course, the rationality of traffic volume division is verified.Finally, by analyzing the structural design scheme of rebuilding cement concrete pavement into asphalt pavement in Chongqing, considering the actual situation of Chongqing, climate conditions, rebuilding materials, and considering the grade of modulus of concrete and traffic grade after crushing,According to the design method of the second and third grade highway, the typical structure suitable for the reconstruction of Chongqing trunk cement concrete pavement to asphalt pavement is put forward, which can be used for reference in the future design.
