基于博弈論的集裝箱多式聯(lián)運網絡貨流分配研究

【摘要】:內陸集裝箱多式聯(lián)運是連接國際集裝箱多式聯(lián)運和內陸城市的重要環(huán)節(jié),研究內陸集裝箱多式聯(lián)運的貨流分配,以實現(xiàn)費用的節(jié)約和時間的節(jié)省,對于實現(xiàn)城市間合理的貨物流向和社會綜合經濟效益都具有重要的意義。為了爭奪更多的貨源,港口之間的競爭也越來越激烈,面對這種無序競爭的局面,港口可以選擇適當?shù)暮献鳌=陙?隨著博弈論被大家廣泛地熟知,對于博弈論的研究也越來越多,特別是對于合作博弈的研究,甚至一些國際上經濟發(fā)展速度較快的國家試圖研究將博弈論用在經濟領域。所以將博弈論應用在集裝箱多式聯(lián)運貨流分配上具有很重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 針對各港口間激烈的貨流競爭,本文闡述了港口腹地對港口間競爭的影響,從多次博弈的角度,分析說明了港口間采取適當合作的可能性。通過比較三類合作博弈的分配方法,即夏普利值法、核心法和核仁法,驗證了夏普利值法用于貨流分配的優(yōu)越性。在此基礎上,從定性的角度分析了港口自身條件對其吸引腹地貨流的影響,依據各因素對吸引力的影響程度,提出了港口間貨流分配的方法:在夏普利值中,考慮了合作博弈下影響港口間貨流分配的因素,引入了投入因子、貢獻因子、地位因子和風險因子四個關鍵因子,確定了四個關鍵因子的權重,修正了貨流分配的系數(shù),以此對夏普利值法進行了改進。結合改進的夏普利值法,通過考慮各節(jié)點的操作能力、各運輸方式的運力約束,構建了以運輸全過程總成本最小為目標的貨流分配優(yōu)化模型。通過算例驗證與分析,得出了各種運輸方式的貨流量,及其在總貨流量中所占的比重,算例結果證明了改進的夏普利值法用于港口間貨流分配的合理性,能為集裝箱多式聯(lián)運貨流分配提供決策參考。
[Abstract]:Inland container multimodal transport is an important link between international container multimodal transport and inland cities. The distribution of inland container multimodal transport is studied in order to realize cost saving and time saving.It is of great significance to realize the reasonable flow of goods between cities and the comprehensive economic benefits of society.In order to compete for more goods, the competition between ports is becoming more and more fierce. In the face of this kind of disorderly competition, the port can choose appropriate cooperation.In recent years, as game theory is widely known, there are more and more researches on game theory, especially on cooperative game theory.Even some countries with fast economic development have tried to apply game theory to the economic field.Therefore, the application of game theory in container multimodal cargo flow distribution has very important practical significance.In view of the fierce cargo flow competition among ports, this paper expounds the influence of port hinterland on port competition, and analyzes the possibility of appropriate cooperation between ports from the point of view of multiple games.By comparing the distribution methods of three kinds of cooperative game, I. e., Sharpley value method, core method and kernel method, the superiority of Sharpley value method in the distribution of cargo flow is verified.On this basis, from the qualitative point of view, the paper analyzes the influence of port's own conditions on the attraction of cargo flows in hinterland. According to the degree of influence of various factors on the attraction, the method of distribution of cargo flows between ports is put forward: in the Sharpley value,Considering the factors that affect the distribution of cargo flow between ports under cooperative game, the paper introduces four key factors: input factor, contribution factor, status factor and risk factor, determines the weight of four key factors, and modifies the coefficient of cargo flow distribution.In this way, the Sharpley value method is improved.Combined with the improved Sharpley value method, considering the operation capacity of each node and the capacity constraints of each transportation mode, a freight flow allocation optimization model with the goal of minimizing the total cost of the whole transportation process is constructed.Through the example verification and analysis, the cargo flow of various transportation modes and its proportion in the total cargo flow are obtained. The result of the example proves the rationality of the improved Sharpley value method in the distribution of cargo flow between ports.It can provide decision-making reference for container multimodal cargo flow distribution.
