大型鋼桁架橋梁仿真的BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,橋梁建設(shè)也如火如荼地展開,一些世界級的鋼桁架橋梁不斷在我國西南地區(qū)相繼上馬。這些工程規(guī)模大、投資多、施工難度大,在實際工程設(shè)計和管理過程中,迫切需要確定合理的施工方法、優(yōu)化施工配套機械、制定切合實際的施工進度計劃對工程進行高效簡潔的管理,從而保證橋梁工程的順利開展和工程成本的降低。 隨著計算機技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和管理理念的不斷更新,BIM技術(shù)以凸顯的理念應(yīng)用于建筑壽命周期(BLM)的各個階段,從而引發(fā)越來越多的關(guān)注。BIM技術(shù)的核心在于給予三維模型以完整的信息流,覆蓋建筑全生命周期的每一個階段。通過和三維模型的交互,設(shè)計信息、施工信息、制造安裝信息等通過分類數(shù)據(jù)庫以及動態(tài)關(guān)聯(lián)直接呈現(xiàn)于用戶面前,便于檢查、修改、維護、管理,實現(xiàn)模型信息資源的全局共享。 本文將BIM和BLM理念引入到鋼桁架橋梁的設(shè)計和施工仿真當(dāng)中,提出鋼桁架橋梁的信息模型-STBrIM(Steel Truss Bridge Information Model).STBrIM根據(jù)鋼桁架橋梁的結(jié)構(gòu)特點,利用數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù),提出各種桿件和節(jié)點的信息模型和數(shù)據(jù)圖形融合技術(shù),并依此為基礎(chǔ)信息單元進行延拓,將設(shè)計、施工、管理階段的信息進行分類,歸并為不同的數(shù)據(jù)庫單元,在橋梁構(gòu)筑的不同階段供使用者進行權(quán)限調(diào)用,以此避免了傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計中的“信息孤島”效應(yīng)。 以Inventor作為平臺開發(fā)STBrIM的仿真系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)運用本文提出的鋼桁架橋梁的的基本概念,在軸線的基礎(chǔ)上模擬設(shè)計、施工、管理等各個環(huán)節(jié),使鋼桁架橋梁在構(gòu)筑的全生命周期內(nèi)共享同一套三維模型,實現(xiàn)中心數(shù)據(jù)庫控制下的信息模型一處修改,處處修改,有效解決各種不同階段、不同工種之間的信息溝通問題。并將本文開發(fā)的系統(tǒng)用于實際工程當(dāng)中,取得較好效益。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's economy, the bridge construction also spread like a raging fire, some of the world's steel truss bridge in Southwest China have been launched. These projects are large in scale, high investment, difficult construction, in the design and management process in the actual project, the urgent need to determine the reasonable construction method, optimization of construction machinery the construction schedule, making the practical for simple and efficient management of the project, so as to ensure the smooth development of the bridge engineering and reduce the project cost.
With the continuous development of computer technology and the constantly updated management concept, to highlight the concept of BIM technology applied in building life cycle (BLM) phases, which caused the attention of the core.BIM technology more and more is given to complete the three-dimensional model of information flow, each stage covers the whole life cycle building. Interaction and, through the three-dimensional model of design information, information construction, manufacturing and installation information through classification database and dynamic association directly in front of the user, easy to check, modify, maintenance, management and sharing of information resources in the global implementation model.
This paper will introduce the concept of BIM and BLM to design and construction simulation of steel truss bridge, puts forward the -STBrIM information model of steel truss bridge (Steel Truss Bridge Information Model.STBrIM) according to the structural characteristics of steel truss bridge, using the database technology, the fusion of information model and data graph of members and joints, and so the basic unit of information extension, design, construction, management information classification, merge into database unit different, in different stages of building a bridge for a user to access the call, in order to avoid the traditional design of the "information island" effect.
Using Inventor as the simulation platform of STBrIM development, the basic concept of the system is the use of steel truss bridge is presented in this paper. The simulation based on the axis of the design, construction, management, the steel truss bridge share the same set of three dimensional model in the construction of the whole life cycle, the realization of information center database control model under an amendment, everywhere modified, effectively solve the various stages of information communication problems between the different types of work. And this system is used in practical engineering, to achieve better efficiency.
