低強度流動性建筑垃圾回填材料基本性能研究

【摘要】:針對城市建筑垃圾日益增多造成環(huán)境的嚴重污染,以及國家對于建筑材料提倡可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略方針,以建筑垃圾再生細料為主要原材料,摻加水泥、礦物摻合料和水制備出一種新型的回填材料低強度流動性建筑垃圾回填材料。再生回填材料具有自密實、低強度的特點,同時其強度還可以進行調(diào)節(jié)。所使用的主要原材料為建筑垃圾再生材料,在環(huán)境保護和工程應用中都具有重要意義。 為深化對建筑垃圾再生細料的規(guī)范化應用,通過對建筑垃圾再生細料的品質(zhì)進行實驗探討,確定了對建筑垃圾再生細料的分級方法。在對低強度流動性建筑垃圾回填材料工作性能(包括流動度和泌水率)研究的基礎上,以水固比和灰砂比為配合比設計參數(shù),提出了低強度流動性建筑垃圾回填材料的配合比設計方法。 其次,分別對水固比和灰砂比設定四個水平,對低強度流動性建筑垃圾回填材料的基本力學性能進行室內(nèi)實驗研究,主要包括抗壓強度試驗、CBR承載力試驗和應力-應變試驗。其中對抗壓強度進行了重點分析,,得出強度隨期齡、水固比、灰砂比、原材料變化的發(fā)展規(guī)律,并提出了以水固比和灰砂比為設計參數(shù)的強度預測模型,同時對應力應變機理做了初步的探討,提出了應力應變?nèi)的四個典型階段。 最后,開展了不同配合比低強度流動性建筑垃圾回填材料的耐久性能試驗研究,包括抗干濕循環(huán)試驗和抗凍融循環(huán)試驗。結(jié)果表明,干濕循環(huán)可以提高其抗壓強度,凍融循環(huán)中隨強度的提高其抵御凍融循環(huán)的能力不斷提高。
[Abstract]:In view of the serious environmental pollution caused by the increasing number of urban construction wastes and the national strategic policy of promoting the sustainable development of building materials, the recycled fine materials of construction waste are used as the main raw materials and cement is added.A new backfill material with low strength and fluidity was prepared by mineral admixture and water.The recycled backfill material has the characteristics of self-compacting and low strength, and its strength can also be adjusted.The main raw material used is construction waste recycling material, which is of great significance in environmental protection and engineering application.In order to deepen the standardized application of construction waste recycled fine materials, the classification method of construction waste recycled fine materials was determined through the experimental discussion on the quality of construction waste recycled fine materials.Based on the study of the working performance (including fluidity and bleeding rate) of low strength and fluidity construction waste backfill materials, the ratio of water to solid and the ratio of ash to sand are taken as the design parameters.The design method of mix ratio of low strength mobile construction waste backfill material is put forward.Secondly, four levels of water-solid ratio and lime-sand ratio are set, and the basic mechanical properties of low-strength and fluidity construction waste backfill materials are studied in laboratory, including compressive strength test, CBR bearing capacity test and stress-strain test.The compressive strength is analyzed emphatically, and the development law of strength with age, water / solid ratio, ratio of lime to sand, raw material change is obtained, and the strength prediction model with water / solid ratio and ash / sand ratio as design parameters is put forward.At the same time, the mechanism of stress-strain is discussed, and four typical stages of stress-strain curve are put forward.Finally, the durability tests of low strength and low strength fluidity building waste backfill materials with different mixing ratios were carried out, including dry and wet cycle tests and freeze-thaw resistance tests.The results show that dry-wet cycle can improve its compressive strength, and its ability to resist freeze-thaw cycle is improved with the increase of the strength of freeze-thaw cycle.
